I was disappointed with the service and maybe the lunch rush was a contributing factor but I had to ask for more than a half spoon of rice and beans even though those are two of the most cheapest food items on the market. On the upside the food tastes good but I definitely don’t feel like I received my money’s worst.

We had the distinct pleasure of having our food prepared by the General Manager herself, Mikayla. The entire team, really, you could tell were working hard, but having fun while doing it. I have been to several different Chipotle locations and, whereas, the environment is always unbridled chaos, this location kinda owns that vibe. Our food was great (no pics cause we were hungry), including the queso and, as always, that bombass guacamole! Kinda easy on/off with how to get into it, I would very highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that craves everything that makes Chipotle great!

I had family member pick up my food from their way home. They had my name on the bag but wrong order inside. It is not my family members job to check inside also hopefully now they might have too. Brandon, jablien, and Katie are the best employees I have ever encountered, because I came in 2 minutes before they closed hoping to get a late night meal, and they not only made my food with a smile but even after working a full days shift they had the most professional work ethic and greatest energy I have ever come across, I hope chipotle recognizes that in this day and age most people would’ve told me they are closing and would’ve turned me down, but these 3 employees are so unbelievably outstanding and I have never held people in such high regards as I will for these chipotle employees. CHIPOTLE PLEASE MAKE A SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Her response was real rude anyways when I got home I opened the bag and this is how I got my burrito rapped ! I rarely leave reviews… I was excited to eat here today; specifically for their guacamole as I work outside of town. I went in to get a burrito bowl to go…usually I dine in. They ran out of Guacamole…it was 11:30 AM, however, I didn’t know this til I got to the end as the lady in front of me got the last of it. It’s my understanding quac is made fresh daily but kept telling me it had to hold at a particular temp before serving…huh? They also charged me for queso which she asked if I wanted and I said “just a little”. It was the first time I got queso and had no idea it was an additional charge til I got back to work. Had I known, I would’ve gotten on the side and a full portion.

The bigger blonde white lady manager was extremely rude for the entire time I was trying to order my food and then proceeded to overcharge me by an excessive amount and wouldn’t refund me until my husband went back up and forced her to give me the money back. Several of my family members and friends have also had issues with the same lady so apparently some sort of action needs to be taken to correct her disgusting behavior.

The food is great , just that the steak needs to be cooked more. It’s too pink and it can cause stomach issues. Hopefully, they can make 2 trays oder uncooked meat and cooked meat very well.

1st time was good. This time it’s crazy!!!! The guacamole was brown!!!! We ordered it at 12:20 and picked up at 12:35. There is an extra charge for brisket and we ordered two bowls with brisket. Paid almost $40 for two bowls and guacamole and chips. The tortilla was squished together and stale. Even the chips were stale!! Unbelievebale. I drove 15 minutes from work and 15 back. Called them to let them know the issue and said I had to bring up back, which I was at lunch and it was not possible. Was told I had to call 1800 Chipotle. I’ve never experienced this at ANY Chipotle.
