Went with my three kids. Place was pretty empty but drive through seemed to be a bit busy. Eating here reminded me why I don’t like pizza hut.. the pizza barely has any taste. The kids didn’t even care for it. We had to go ask the waiter for what we wanted. They need more staff or at least more attentive staff. Those of us who were dinning in seemed to be forgotten.

I wasn’t going to bother with this, but the manager this evening said to me, after I called in with a complaint, that “I don’t want to argue but I’ve worked here for 3 years and I’ve never had a complaint”. Well, you get one tonight. I ordered the Cheesy Alfredo & upgraded($) to the Cheesesticks. We received Alfredo that looked and smelt like it had a canister of seasoning dumped on it. Then, the upgraded cost of cheese sticks landed us a spot of cheese in the center, and none of the cheese stick seasonings. She also tried to tell me that she made it and she put cheese on them. I told her I’d send them back, no problem. She said they’d remake it. Then I received a call back from the same manager to tell me she wasn’t trying to be rude but she got everything in the oven and it’ll be out shortly, but that’s how the stuff is made and she isn’t lying about that. I said okay. She asked if I wanted seasoning on the pasta, so I said no. Anyway, I don’t like to call back and complain, but my 15 month old couldn’t eat that pasta, and the cheese sticks are soft for her where bread sticks aren’t. So I had to get it fixed for her. I didn’t expect the drama from it, nor the inappropriate call back.

Buffet used to be awesome. I was happy that they brought it back. We tried it once and hoped it was a fluke, because we remember how it was before covid. We tried a second time, and nope, just as bad as the first time. It is like they intentionally put out the pizzas that no one wants, and they just sit there.

They often have great deals but the service and location leave much to be desired the food is acceptable but not great and they show no signs of saving definitely not my choice but if it’s what you like I’ve had a mixed bag over my multitude of trips and deliverys

The server got our drink order wrong, then forgot plates (had to ask for them) then waited a while to get the refill for the drinks (Had to have someone go get them from the counter) then my fiancé told her that he is a veteran which never put the military discount on. Called the manager and he was beyond rude! I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT COMING HERE!

We ordered a big dinner box and waited on it to be delivered. Went outside to since it’s dark and the driver never even came. We called because 15 minutes later the store was closing and they lied to us and said they tried to call us. 1 they never came. 2 they never called. 3 the apartment number is correct on the app. They probably just wanted to keep it since it’s closing time.

I never received my food. When I placed it online! When I called up there it said I had to pick it up when I placed delivery! We received messages that its delivery ready, we called twice once to see where its at and the other to cancel im going to dominos for now on.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce ON both sides of the pizza Picked it up and drove home, sauce was in a plastic cup next to the pizza. Absolutely no sauce on the pizza. Just cheese and pepperoni on dough. Don’t waste your money, this location isn’t worth the headache.
