Been here a handfull of times, and honestly I can see why its always so empty. The drive thru is the worst they take so long to give you the food, we came for ice cream this saturday 02/28/2026 and they gave us our shakes over flowing like spilling over the lid and they still handed to us like that, didnt clean anything off or anything, we didnt receive straws or napkins all we received were spoons. I also ordered a turtle delite large thinking it would be in a large ice cream cup. I received it in a large drink cup with the topping only on the top so after the topping were done i had a large cup of vanilla ice cream. I will not be coming here again just not a pleasent expirance.

After a long day at work, I decided to order Freddy’s through DoorDash to relax and enjoy a meal. Upon receiving my order, I noticed it was incorrect but chose to give it a chance. However, as I began eating the burger, I discovered that the center of the patty was raw, with blood oozing out (photo attached). This experience left me feeling both disappointed and extremely concerned about food safety.

First time at Freddy’s and it gets an F! Ordered a steak burger and got 2 thin pieces of leather fried in old oil, spilling out of a little stale bun, half the size of the “steak”, 2 pieces of onion and the peel of a cucumber. It wasn’t just bad, it was awful. Not edible. My husband got a chili hot dog, with a COLD weiner and watery chili…so bad, we took a bite and threw it in the trash bin and left. We couldn’t find a clean place to sit, so we had to half clean a table with some wet napkins. The front door to the place was filthy…that should have given us a clue. Do not recommend!

Once again, the orders are wrong! I put on my order NO onion, NO mustard, add jalapenos, lettuce, tomato and spicy fry sauce. What did I get? Mustard onions and pickles without anything I added! To make things worse my husband ordered a double and got a single. The food was cold to warm. This is why we never go to this location. We have never had the orders be correct. Something is always wrong or missing. It’s so frustrating!

Never ordering here again. Making a burger isn’t that hard, I’ve done it. Twice now we’ve ordered with basic topping (lettuce, tomato, pickles) and received food without them. Staff clearly isn’t paying attention and the with restaurant being a burger place that cannot get a burger correct…its sad.
