It’s in a prime spot on the beach, somewhere you would expect ice cream and quick bites. I seen a lot of people waiting around and 4 people waiting to have their order taken. It took less than 10 minutes to get my order taken. But from printed receipt to food in hand, 32 minutes. This should be 15 minutes max. The street tacos were a little underwhelming, but the hot salsa gave it life. I will go back to see if this was a genuine experience, or just from being understaffed. I’ve only heard great things about them.

Nice taco stand at a very nice park on Huron Lake. Plenty of picnic tables for seating. Clean, large bathroom nearby. Nice area to walk on the pier. Pulled pork street tacos were delicious.

My family and I have eaten here several times, and each time the experience never got better. While the location is wonderful, the food was bland at best, which is something I have never experienced before when eating Mexican. Additionally, the wait time was excessively long, with food being “served” over 40 minutes after being ordered. We will not be back.

Stopped at park on our way to vacation. Saw this little taco place and saw some pretty decent reviews. I don’t know how authentic this is if chips taste like from Gordon’s ford service and the cheese tastes straight from a can. One of my three tacos was pretty decent. The chicken taco somehow dry and wet at the same time- i chucked it. The street corn coloring and taste was off. I am having a lot of GI issues today. The service was phenomenal and the location is beautiful. So maybe just an off evening.

Great little taco place on the Lake Huron Beach in Tawas Michigan. Authentic Mexican food and you can get Mexican sodas. My family really enjoyed the food, and friendly employees. I’ll stop every time I’m in Tawas.

Due to the season and location, the mayflies were everywhere, but that didn’t stop me from placing an order.
We ordered a lot of food which arrived in approximately 10 minutes.

Stopped here on our way to take my son to camp because of the reviews and since it was on the water thought it’d be authentic Mexican food. Meat was very bland, chips were very salty and the round yellow corn chips not very good, and portion sizing was small. Spent $60 bucks on 2 quesadillas, kid nacho, 2 portions rice and beans, ended up paying for 4 drinks when it was supposed to be 3 he charged us for an extra one, chips and salsa were almost $8 that is outrageous, my husband got a little taco and that was it. Cost as much as a sit down for less food!
