If i could give no stars, thats what i would give!! Food was cold, cheese wasn’t melted in grilled chicken burrito and the churros were over cooked so much it was almost like eating a chip and the center was cooked out. Should have redone them, not just sent them out!!

Went again and this is how our cheese quesadilla looked. Not impressed

Sorry to say, but Not a Recommend.

We’ve bought food here twice in the last 2 weeks; beef, chicken, and fish tacos, and oles. Neither at lunch nor dinner tonight was the food hot, taco fillings seem incredibly small, and both times we were shorted an item.

We enjoyed the seasoning of the crispy potato oles last time, but tonight they were cold and soggy. The churro also was stale with the texture like I’d imagine a rubber pencil.

Staff, however, is pleasant.

I don’t like to be critical, especially of a local business, but we won’t be back for at least 6 months and then see if ownership has made quality control improvements.

I’m not a Taco Johns fan even though my kids and husband love Taco Johns. I gave in and tried a Steal Boss Bowl. It was delicious, but it had its downfalls. They loaded it with more black beans than everything else and half the black beans were still hard, like they were cooked at all. It was tasty but next time I’ll just get it without the beans.

It’s a crying shame there are no Taco John’s in the Atlanta area. If there were I suspect Taco Bell would be in big trouble! This was our first time ever eating at a Taco John’s and we were very very impressed. So much so we were actively looking for them for the rest of our trip!

This Taco John’s was a very nice place to have gone mid road trip early in the morning, the employee that served my family and I was new to the location but one of the nicest and most ecstatic cashiers to ever serve me at a fast food chain. The food was surprisingly good for your average fast food. This experience was fantastic thanks the the spectacular employee who served us, great work dude.

It is carry out only. The food is good. The building is one of the first built for Taco Johns. Unfortunately it will he closing later in the year. It would get more stars if it was a new building. The locals all hope a new one will be built.

Heather is an absolutely terrible employee/ manager. I highly recommend this lady be given some level of customer service training. She screams at the customers and uses her pretentious level of authority to decline service, and threatened to call the cops because I was inside the store with my three-year-old. And that anyone under the age of 16 is strictly forbidden.

During the COVID 19 I was told I could not order a meal or even be present in the restaurant because I had a 3-year-old. The small lobby was restricted to two individuals. A very nice gentleman there said he would stand outside so there was only two people inside, my son and myself.

Heather’s recommendation was to leave my son out in the car and come back inside in order to order. That if I wasn’t going to comply with her immediate request she would be calling the cops and having us removed from the premises.

I do not recommend this place at all. The management is terrible, the service is even worse. And with the likes of Heather running the store. I’m surprised they’re still even in business. If I was the GM or any regional management. I would be highly embarrassed by allowing anyone like this lady to manage anything.

Rudest employee I have ever come across, I wish I would have gotten her name but what good would that do since I am reading other reviews with no response from Taco John’s. We are from Wisconsin and was hoping for the same friendly service we get from our hometown Taco John’s. This woman needs a lesson on how to treat customers.
