I got a meet ball sub and I asked for it to get toasted and it got toasted but when I got home (It’s a 6min drive) the food was cold and also to add to this the person that made my sandwich her customer service skills really sucked.

This subway has a great crew, the two guys that were work the night I ordered online were fun and fast. The restaurant was clean and well kept, besides the parking lot is torn up damaged, no fault of the employees. Ordered online and when I arrived at the store the doors were locked because they closed early due to lack of ingredients. Asked why they hadn’t shut down online ordering earlier. The closer was also rude and was happy to help people who seemed to be his friends to food.

I have been here before. I have been to ALOT of subways before in many states. Today I was told that they can not put anymore spinach on my sub as it is only a garnish. I have never been told this and she did not give me the option to buy extra.
I was shocked into silence. As you can see in this picture I really didn’t have an abundance of spinach and it wouldn’t have hurt her to put more on. I won’t be coming back!

Tried to get food at about 8:40pm on Saturday may 17th door says they’re open till 11pm online says 11pm and the doors were locked and they were in the closing process dude at the counter just looks at me and shrugs… at least post it up and let your customers know what’s up.

I walked into the 12th street Subway around 4:30. I was the only customer, yet it took the person behind the counter several minutes to acknowledge me as he was having a conversation with his fellow employee. After I gave my order and it was out of the toaster, another customer appeared. My sandwich was left to get cold while he prepared the other order. Even after all my veggies were added he did not wrap up and ring it up he totally finished the other order and quoted him a price. He handed me my sandwich. I walked out the door….and half the sandwich fell out on the dirty cement.

Got there at 10 o’clock for an order already paid for that was supposed to be ready at 9:50 and when I got there the worker was sitting down in the chairs with the door locked and wouldn’t let me get my food. The door and website clearly stated they were open till 11
