It’s like my sandwich was carelessly thrown together and shorted my sandwich on the meat like where is the meat your telling me I paid 27$ for two sandwiches one well put together had normal amount of meat then there’s this one if I wanted a vegetable sandwich I woulda ordered one if I didn’t get lettuce my sandwich would be nothing !!! I have been going here weekly to get lunch on my break, today was not a good one. The lady in the drive thru not friendly, took my order incorrectly, resulting in my order being made wrong. As soon as I was handed to me I smelled onion and looked and she put I wanted onions. I told her this wasn’t suppose to have onion and she seems as if I was the problem for saying I didn’t order onions on food. When I got back to work to each my sandwich after it was remade, there was bacon on it and it was missing the cucumbers. I have not ate pork in over 15 years, bacon being on my sandwich was a huge issue and I could no longer eat it due to the bacon.

I went through the drive-thru on 8/23/23 and ordered an Avo turkey add mushrooms and a farmhouse salad and a cookie and the mushrooms on my sandwich were raw and the salad looked like someone had eaten out of it already. I called the store and spoke with Caden who identified himself as the manager and he did nothing but made excuses for why my sandwich was not made correctly and that all of their farmhouse salads were made this way. Cadens customer service skills were very poor and he refused to rectify my dissatisfaction of my order. I will be escalating this issue to his boss the store manager who he states will be available on 8/24. I have visited this location several times on my way to work and any issues I had were immediately corrected but today with Caden they were not. Im highly unsatisfied by his inability to communicate properly and offer a solution for their mistake. I will definitely follow up on a survey as well as with the store.

Food was really good especially the Oreo shake. Service was a bit odd and was difficult to understand the ordering process. all the employees have headsets on and you’re not sure if they’re talking to you or on the headset or what’s going on. For the first few minutes it was hard to even get I contact to get their attention. Really just felt like they didn’t have a manager or anybody running the show.
