I’m very disappointed at dairy Queen today because I walked in there number one I was not acknowledged. Okay, I can understand that they’re busy and they’re taking orders. One guy ran from behind the counter to go bring an order outside. Still didn’t acknowledge me. I done waited about 6 minutes and still haven’t been greeted or even been told we’ll be right with you ma’am. None of that. So then I asked the girl in the back. Is anybody working the front counter ,she said oh yes ma’am, but we busy right now. We have to take care of the drive-thru first. Well then y’all don’t need the dining area open my in my opinion if y’all can’t tend to the customers that are inside as well, that’s the reason why we come and get down to come in the inside to enjoy our meal. But we got to wait because y’all worried about drive-thru first. So while I’m waiting cars are just pulling up in the drive thru and I’ve been waiting before them.Well then y’all going to need to upgrade y’all’s systems and put some kiosk in the front so we can place our orders or hire another person to work the front counter.

I got a bacon cheeseburger deluxe combo. my fries was cold the burger was kinda warm. but the pineapple lemonade was disgusting. it tasted like just carbonation. I was charged ans extra 50 cents for something I said I didnt even want . 2 out of 10. I feel like they kept my debit card longer than needed and at one point while I was waiting in the drive thru they walked away idk maybe im over thinking it but they weren’t busy. I was the only car in the drive thru and I saw u workers . first time trying and most likely will be my last time trying dairy queen.

Arrived a little after 4pm. I walked in and was greeted with a welcome in from a couple of the guys working. I believe there were 5 maybe 6 guys working at the time. I went up to the register to order, waited close to 4 minutes before anyone asked if I needed to order. I placed my order of two blizzards. It was close to 10 minutes that I waited before one of the guys asked if I was waiting for food. I told him yes and showed him my receipt. He made one of the blizzards and gave it to me. My second wasn’t made until almost 3 minutes later. All the while the workers were chatting about going to the gym and working out. As I waited my first blizzards was melting. I arrived home with a mess in my car because of the melted blizzard. I have never had an issue with Dairy Queen before. These guys were worse than a bunch of teen girls chatting. Too much talking and not enough customer service. This review is for the Johnston St. Dairy Queen. Lafayette. La.

Came to this location where ONLY two people were the only ones working. Manager was saying sorry every time he saw us. They did so much better than some places I’ve been with only 2 crew members.

Ice cream had that freezer icy crystal thing going on. But it was fine. The ice in the chocolate made it taste like water. But for a fun inexpensive treat it was fine. Staff was superb and friendly. Very professional and kind! Would go again just for the service!

Absolutely horrible! First of all they weren’t very busy but service took forever! When it was my turn to order I had to sit for 5-7 minutes before the person took my order (at this point I had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me). My order was simple: an original cheeseburger, a medium coke, and a medium Choco Extreme Blizzard. I had to repeat this order at least 3 times before the person seemed to get it straight. Pulled up to the window for another 5 minute wait. A guy comes to the window and asked if I had ordered a combo. I told him no, and again repeated my order: an original cheeseburger, a medium coke, and a medium Choco Extreme Blizzard. He said so you ordered a combo…I again told him no (to me a combo is a an entree, fries, and a drink…I don’t eat French fries so I didn’t want a combo, I wanted individual items). I repeated again what I wanted. At this point I waited again another 5-7 minutes. The guy brings me a bag with what I believed was my burger. I wait some more and he finally brings my blizzard. I asked about my coke and he says with an attitude that I hadn’t ordered a coke. I look at my receipt and it has burger, fries, and a blizzard. I repeated my order at least 5 times and never once did the words FRIES come out of my mouth. I wasted 30 minutes to get this level of incompetence on a very simple order. I’m done!

I have been to this place several times. It’s well organized, and the neighborhood is great. It’s doesn’t have a very large space for a big group to eat together but it’s a great place for a small group of friends or for a single person to hang out.

I ordered 3 mini Oreo blizzards. My total was $14 and some cents! There were hardly any Oreo pieces in the cup. I knew it was bad when my 9 year old was ready to trash it and there was still ice cream in her cup! That never happens at McDonald’s. So never again Dairy Queen. We will stick to McDonald’s. Much cheaper, better ice cream and plenty of Oreo pieces in the cup.

Very slow drive through the past two times I’ve gone this week 30 minutes to receive the food from the time order is placed. That is once in the Drive-Thru 30 minutes, second time using the app over 30 minutes to receive the food.
