What I ordered:
Chicken Lo Mein, small size. In American standards, its portion size is small, but it was the right portion for one person. Don’t get me wrong, I would have eaten a large size but the small was perfect!

This place is made for take out. They have a couple tables but it’s really set up for take out.
Food Quality:
The food tasted like I would have expected, flavors didn’t stand out to me as chicken lo mein isn’t really a flavorful dish. I will say it didn’t taste of salt, so I’ll be going back for another round to try something different.
Verdict:
Try it out at least once, don’t do what I did.. ordered just one thing. I think this place would be best if you got some appetizers with your meal.

This was the second Chinese restaurant that I have tried in Charlottesville, Virginia . Much better food than the first. I have ordered twice, and both times were very good. Phoned my order in, and it only took about 15 minutes and everything was ready. I really like the combination meals as they come with an egg roll and a pop. Their wonton soup is really good, as is their Happy Family meal. The seafood was cooked perfectly. I will be getting all my to go Chinese meals from here.

Order ahead makes pick-up easy! Prices are fair, the folks here are kind and friendly, and the food is tasty. We’ve been patrons of this business since 2016 amd have not had a bad experience ever.
Dishes we order fairly regularly: Pork egg foo yung; sesame chicken; wonton soup, egg rolls, egg drop soup, steamed dumplings; General T’s chicken; shrimp w/broccoli, beef w/broccoli and, every now and then, Double Phoenix. Love the fried rice w/pork or chicken, too.

this was delicious, i wish they were closer to us (home, but if you are in Cville and around route 29, check them out!) … we were in Cville area and had the need for dinner and drop in, probably 10 to 15 mins and it was ready. friendly. good food. decent price.
