This location has definitely improved compared to how it used to be. My food was fresh today and everything looked good. Unfortunately, the service still leaves a lot to be desired.
I’m not sure if this is a recurring issue, but the woman at the counter was rude in a passive‑aggressive way. I’ve heard people talk about grocery store cashiers placing money on the counter instead of in someone’s hand, but I’ve never personally experienced anything like that—until today.
When I walked up to the counter around 5:20 PM on January 15, 2026, I smiled, greeted her, and gave my name for the pickup. She grabbed my order, but then just stood there looking around as if she didn’t want to hand it to me. When I reached out for the drink, she actually moved the cup away. I kept my hand out, expecting her to pass it to me, but instead she set it on the counter. She clearly saw my hand—she moved the cup once, then still chose to place it down rather than hand it to me.
The whole interaction felt off, and when something feels off, there’s usually a reason. It was just an overall weird experience. I grabbed my items and left.

This is the cleanest food establishment I have been at in a very long time! The employees are very friendly and welcoming.

Was in a pinch for my party and wingstop was the only thing open. Placed a doordash order 8/14/2025 before store closing. All my food was ruined. Completely covered in an inedible amount of seasoning. Lemon pepper wings tasted like a pound of salt. Parmesean wings were absolutely ruined. I urge management to review store footage and find the employees ruining people’s food. If lazy employees dont want me to order this late then turn doordash orders off earlier, before store closing. Dont ruin peoples food that we paid for.

30 pc family pack. Wings were good. Veggies were good but it’s a very small amount. Dips were good but again just not enough for this size of order. Fries were ~OK and were a decent amount. Heads up… Ordered at the counter and took 33 mins. That will be the last time I order at the counter. I would order ahead of time in the future or just go elsewhere.

The place itself is nice. Its clean and the service was great. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. Greasy tenders soggy wings fatty wings the only thing not greasy were the fries and they weren’t the best either. The “blue” cheese had absolutely no chunks – it was tasteless white liquid. It cost $45 and I wouldn’t even give it a second chance thats how terrible it was!
