So last time we got pizzas they were severely undercooked. Decided to give one more try and asked for light sauce which was done perfectly but I ordered two large pizzas and a cheese bread and there was no garlic butter or pepperoncinis for the pizzas. That’s part of the total “papa John’s” pizza

I just picked up our pizza. The lobby is clean and free of clutter. The cashier was polite and prompt. The staff on the line were only speaking about orders and not gossiping. Everyone was professional. The price is right and the quality impressive.

It’s a decent place, but no matter what I order or how I order it, they always bury the pepperoni under the cheese.

I’ve never ate there, but the workers are amazing. A lady fell over and got hurt in front of the restaurant and one of the workers was so nice and came out and helped and called an ambulance. It was a great example of how people should act.

Rude managers. I ordered a pizza on Dec. 29th. The bottom was raw. Called manager she got mad. Took over an hour to get the other pizza. That bottom was also raw. Called the lady said it’s been happening all night. I said come get the pizza and refund the money. They never came for the pizza or refunded my money. I have bern on chat, called the support line 3 times. Nothing. I called the store 3 times so they could be rude and tell me they can’t put my money back on the card or pay me back with cash. They treated me like I was just trying to get something free. for years I have ordered from this store. Never again. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The whole management should be fired.
