BEST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TO. Their food is nice, fresh, and for their munchkins they all have dates on them. Staff are the most friendly and best part about this place. They are kind and welcoming, and they are great at their job. Food always comes out quick and fresh, longest i’ve had to wait for food was 10-20 minutes on a busy day. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this place is always decorated for the season, and the locals aren’t that bad. I’ve never had an issue with this place in my 2-3 years of coming here. Sometimes one of the machines can get loud, but it’s not for super long! This place is amazing, I 100% recommend it!

My time there was great. Servers were nice, customers wished me a happy new year, and service was very fast. I had the bagel twist with cream cheese and a raspberry dragon fruit green tea refresher. Took like less than a minute for food to be prepared. Food was very good, and would recommend.

Management and employees are great. They are polite and professional and eager for you to enjoy whatever you had ordered.
Everything comes out hot if hot and cold just the way suppose to be and you want it. Perfect place to go, recommend highly to everyone.

This place is a great Dunkin. All the coffee is fresh and the employees take the extra time and care to remember most of the regulars orders and names. This is a one of a kind Dunkin and you won’t find service and quality like this at any other Dunkin.
To answer a few complaints I’ve seen, since the employees explained politely to me, they run out of donuts quick because they close early and there’s a certain amount they can order. The people I’ve seen mad about it are the ones who feel like they’re entitled to everything.
One other one says that the customer service is bad. The only time I’ve seen any of the employees being ‘rude’ was because of a customer not listening or hitting them with negative energy and comments. They return the same energy they are given and that’s completely understandable.
It’s a really good Dunkin and I hope everyone enjoys it.

I love D&D but something is amiss here. The coffee seems weaker here and I am not looking for a monster caffeine kick. It is a convenient location, the service is quick. Donuts are good, but pass on the bagels and sandwiches.

Thee best DD I have ever been to. The girls are always pleasant….not to mention prompt with your order to get you in and out. My sister said the freshest doughnut she has ever had came from here. They know my daughter’s order by hard when I sometimes forget it lol. A true gem to Kenilworth

Right now you can get a large hot Chocolat for a dollar 99. My daughter and I wanted to try the new Almond Joy. I got a large and ask for an extra cup so we could share and the girl even gave us to Lids filled with whipped cream. And it was delicious.

The best Dunkin. I’ve seen the other reviews here and they were pertaining to the other Dunkin that had Baskin-Robbins a few blocks away. If they give less than 4 stars it’s most likely the other one.

Will See
They were sell specials that they didn’t know what they were. They left us hanging for one cup of coffee until we asked a second time and then they made it. They were unsure of the breakfast sandwiches they were offering while making them. It was too much to put up with for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches.
We will skip this particular Dunkin from now on.
