You are looking at my “Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel” yeah that’s not it, got a plain croissant with just bacon . Because other reasons I check if I get my drink right in this location, now I have to check my food too. There’s another person who orders from here with my same name. And sometimes she takes my order.
But if the people that works there put my drink order with her food order and her drink order with my food order mixed up that’s on the employees. I wanted to go back and change it but they were full , so instead just leaving my honest review.

–Burnt food& no curbside even though it is an option in the app when ordering-
This is the 3rd time I have ordered curbside and had to go in. If the store can’t do curbside, please turn the option off in the app. I sat in my car for a good 20 minutes after tapping “I’m here”. I finally decided to just go in, and it was sitting on the counter already. I ordered a croissant sandwich and it was black from being overcooked, but somehow also soggy? Every time I come here my coffee is either too sweet or doesn’t taste sweetened at all. Please make it make sense

I frequently visited this location until I was rudely told that their location has decided that they no longer will serve regular bacon to customers if they decide tbat they do not feel like cooking it. Mind you there were only three customers at the time and I was first in line alone when I walked in. Her name was Sandra. She is an older lady who is also a manager. She argues back and forth with me about not wanting to cook what I asked for. Not that it wasn’t in stock or that it wasn’t a menu item, she just decided she wasn’t going to make it. Little did she know, I am pre-diabetic and all tbe maple is too much for me.

I went in for an ice cream and it was the worst I ever had. The chocolate chip was gummy and really hard to eat. I got cotton candy as well and had no flavor. Will not go back. The ice cream seemed and tasted old. Scoops were small. I get the same flavors in crofton and the scoops are large and ice cream always fresh.

Went to get Ice Cream Cake. Great service, however that ice cream cake was really dry. It tasted like it may have been in that stire freezer for a long time. Thew it in trash! Ruined my surprise for my wife’s birthday.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese asked for some more cream cheese. since there was barely any on it. I had to pay 1.90 for more. Took 10 minutes to get my iced coffee and sweet tea after I received my bagel!!!

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Rude mean employees. One girl in the back was literally frosting donuts as we were ordering, so I asked if she could frost my French twist.. “No!” The girl who took our order said “what do you want” then make the worst drink ever like straight milk. Both looked like they didn’t want to be there today.. so maybe they were having a bad day but man. Won’t go there again
