Can anyone explain to me why 2 sandwich s . 2 bags of chips. And 2 small drinks .. comes to 40.00 Dollars. Nothing special added to order. No extra of anything. Just regular off menu ..I think this subway is over charging. . Won’t be back there again

Unfortunately go to Subway Today 08/03/2020 located at 469 Plaza Dr, Eustis, FL 32726, It is not recommended as they do not follow business hours rules. I went to buy some sandwiches and this place was already closed 8:25 PM an hour and a half before closing as it says on the door. An employee came out with a negative attitude. Using as an excuse that she was working alone at that time and allowed her to close at the time she wanted. Offering with their negative attitude to download the application on my phone, when in the past I had a bad experience of double collection and they solved it by giving me extra order when I did not need it. When he took the picture of the scheduled schedule, he came out screaming that he cares if I have to report what happened or not … I should have more empathy and if this situation is to be avoided, a Manager or Assistant to help him sustain the business. and not to be nice to the employees. If the restaurant has cameras, they could see how many customers tried to go shopping and were rejected by this business … I hope you consider this message and have better training for these employees at this location … I do not recommend anyone as long as I have irresponsible people working at that location …

We got to the restaurant at 8:15pm and there were only 2 people ahead of us. We didn’t get our food until 9:00pm. The lady that works there at this time is EXTREMELY slow. She has no sense of urgency or care for the line. The entire time she’s talking and trying to strike up conversation when people are obviously not interested. When it finally got to me and I asked for a sub she says “I don’t know can you” and made very odd gay jokes and sexual jokes towards me in front of my fiancé. After being that SLOW, just make the sub. On top of that I asked her if a specific sauce was spicy and she just grabs it and DRENCHES my sub in it. I’m never going back to that store.

I came here today because someone gave me a gift card for Christmas. First off, the store didn’t look very clean at all. The glass was filthy as you can see in the first picture. There were 2 people working. Neither were friendly, and the woman was pretty rude. She asked if I wanted double the meat (which is $3 more), I said no thank you. After I saw what little amount of meat that was put on the sandwich, I guess I can see why they’re asking if you’d want more. So they’re charging $3 extra for the same amount of meat that they used to put on the subs in the first place… Back when I used to get the $5 footlong years ago, it definitely had more meat. I got the Baja chicken bacon sub, and it was $9.56. The flavors are non-existent. Really, the only thing I taste is a high amount of sodium, which I guess is coming from the “Baja Chipotle” sauce. Which tastes nothing like Chipotle, by the way. The sub roll is soggy on the bottom somehow? And the chicken has had multiple pieces of gristle. Honestly, if Jared was eating at Subway today, he’d lose twice as much weight because the sub is nearly inedible. As far as subs, I suggest going to either Publix, or to Jersey Mike’s because Subway is horrible. This one is anyway. Like, how hard is it to make a sandwich? I’m convinced that the positive reviews posted for this Subway, are all local guides just trying to get more points. Clearly they haven’t actually been here or they have absolutely no taste buds.

Store was dirty, and both employees had a nasty attitude. told me I can’t have my emotional support dog with me?? So they’ll see me Friday with my newly registered service dog LMAO I’d be miserable too if the only thing I had control of in my life was deli meats. both employees standing in there gossiping and making fun of customers like school girls who peaked in the 10th grade. God awful customer service.

When I went in, there was only one girl working, and I thought I was in for a wait. But she moved a fluid efficiency that was truly impressive. She was also cheerful and friendly, and well in control of things. My sandwich was also great.

First and foremost, I requent this establishment weekly. I usually purchase 3 subs, but, tonight was different because of the superbowl!!!
There’s an issue that needs to be addressed… I don’t know the girls’ name that was working tonight 02/09/2025 , nor, the young man that refused to give me her name. But, she has an issue with her attitude and she has a potty mouth! My intention was to order a bunch of subs and the first was a #11 , oddly she didn’t know what that was, and I asked for pepperjack cheese, she didn’t even acknowledge me, nor look at me, I repeated the pepperjack cheese and she YELLED at me she heard me, I said ok I didn’t know you heard me because you didn’t look at me or acknowledge that you heard me, well… She started swearing and hollering, and quite frankly, she looked absolutely ridiculous, then, proceeded to throw me out of there and called the police on me, I have to say that I’M DISAPPOINTED the way she handled this matter, even her co worker was trying to get her to stop her from yelling & swearing at me! (Yes, I admit I swore at her, too! But, she opened the swear book!) At the end of the day, all of this nonsense could of been avoided; if she would of just acknowledged me, looked at me, maybe smiled, and parked her problems at the door before she clocked in! Another thing is your company lost good money tonight because we were ordering for a superbowl party and was going to spend over $100.00 ! ! Will I go back, HELL NO !

Not friendly at , then when I asked to have my cucumber cut up some, she said we usually don’t cut them up but proceeded to cut them of course with a attitude, I thanked her and said that’s the first time I’ve ever heard that. I will definitely visit another subway because of this experience.
