Scheduled 4 pizzas for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 5:58pm, was told they were still in the prep line and it would be 15 minutes. Took the worker at their word. In actuality, they hadn’t been prepped, they were handed to me at 6:28pm with a smile but made me late for the meeting they were for. If it was for me to take home, it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal I can be patient. But for the fact that I needed them to be picked up at 6:00pm and weren’t ready until 6:28pm, I would not order again. Timed orders should be prioritized.

I live in Harrison less than 10 minutes away from the location. I’ve seen the cars for delivery delivered past where I live but they won’t deliver to me because I am on the Indiana side of Harrison. I literally live in Harrison. Fix this issue. It’s not fair at all. All the other pizza places deliver here no problem. Why is Papa John’s excluding people on the Indiana side just because it’s on the Indiana side? Makes no sense whatsoever!

Kendall is one of the rudest people I’ve came across. I was on hold for about 10 minutes before someone finally answered. At which Kendall got on the line introduced herself and then proceeded to tell me to “hold on, you have to wait” and put me back on hold without me getting out a word. About 3-5 minutes later I was taken back off hold, where I could hear her in the background yelling but still nobody was on the other end of the line. So I said hello a few times. I heard someone say “huh” then “ok I don’t have time to wait for you to answer” and then was hung up on. I was speechless so I waited about 10 minutes tried to call back hoping I would get someone else. But once again Kendall answered I said “hello I had called about 10 minutes ago” and that was it before I was hung up on for a second time. I’ve always had decent customer service from others but this girl has a strong no from me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what the excuse was. But no matter, it shouldn’t of happened.

Friendly greeting and update on my order as I arrived early. The basic cheese pizza and cheese sticks were perfect. The cheese sticks are like a small cheese no sauce pizza. This store is only for pickup or delivery. No eat in options.

My family ordered 3 pizzas from there this evening and messed up 2 orders. I ordered a pizza bowl with no onions. And of course, as soon as we get it. There’s mass of onions on it… I understand that they’re new and just open but very disappointing. My wife tried to thin crust cheese pizza undercooked not A very good experience, very disappointing. Because we were so looking forward to having a Papa. John’s near us but very disappointing that they have strike one against them right now

My order arrived in 30 minutes, I was super impressed! The pizza was so hot we had to wait a few minutes with the box open before we could eat it. Food was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!
