Placed a $130 order, which never came, which they claimed door dash stole, and then said could probably be refunded in 3-4 days; I had to press for certainty of the refund and will have to dispute it if not refunded; manager was overwhelmed.

I just can’t believe what I got home to open up!! These are chicken nuggets with a drizzle of buffalo sauce..So disappointed ..Also , when I seen the man making pizza with no gloves and came and touched everything on the front counter to then go back to sprinkling cheese smh I most likely will not be returning . Usually not one to write a review but if you’re going to order from here I’d suggest calling or going in person. I ordered online and when I arrived I explained that when I ordered the system never asked me for a name but showed them the receipt and the tracker that clearly had my order with their address and proof of payment, the young gentlemen in the front seemed like he wanted to resolve the issue but his higher up or whoever quickly told me I needed to call the company, very dismissive and unwilling to help. I was kind shocked how they all stood there with the dumbest expressions on their face with no willingness to help. When I checked my email it had my name and went back, when I told them my name they said we don’t have your order and shrugged. Again, I had the email confirmation with the order and their store information. Extremely unhelpful, incompetent and rude, will not be returning.

Leaving a review for the calzone bites since the cashier asked nicely. The portions were good and they are a decent value if you use the member’s special on the Papa Johns app (at the time of this writing). Only negative for me is that they were kind of salty. Would still recommend though
