Unfortunately this Burger King gave me a bad experience. I was laughed at for my order and told I could not order what I wanted. All I wanted was bacon on my burger. They said they could not do it because the computer. I do not understand. Just put the bacon on the burger and charge me for the bacon. Instead the ladies laughed at me and I could hear them talking smack in spanish. Thing is, I speak fluent spanish. So I confronted them. Manager is nice, ladies not so much.

I frequent this Burger King for the Impossible Whopper. I ask for it to be “off the char” which is for the patty to be cooked fresh. The last two visits I’ve been given the old crap sitting in their pans. For spending $20 for just two burgers. That’s absolutely horse poop! Unfair to give paying customers old food! Don’t eat here folks. It’s a rip off.

Interesting building converted into a burger King. Food looked good and tasted good. A non service dog was off leash in the place, and I had terrible stomach pain several hours later. Won’t go back

Hands down this is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to…. It’s huge inside it was very clean the food was great even with the customization of orders in the bathrooms were huge and clean and had music rocking in them it was awesome. Oh just add a little note they accept EBT which would have gotten them a sixth star if you could do that…

Hello Everyone! I visited the Bell Road Facility on Thursday 24th in the late afternoon. I was treating myself to some BK for the first time in Months. I entered and observed the facility to be clean and somewhat organized. The Covid Screen was still in place and scratched and dismal. No customers were inside and I waited for at least 5 min. Before a pleasant looking employee finally came to take my order. I am from Texas and ordered the #2 Combo medium. Then I decided to add a #1 without combo and just get the Burger. This is where it became tricky. As I ordered, the greeter asked if I wanted cheese and I agreed. The Greeter continued to change my words to Plain. I explained that I did not want the fries or a drink, just the burger. It went back and forth several times and I explained her words were confusing me; regarding the plain. Finally I became so dissatisfied, I just agreed. When I received the order it was just what she insisted I order regarding the Burger Plain. At first, I was mad at myself for not insisting and clarifying what the heck the girl was talking about.
Shortly after, I changed my attitude and realized I was being served by a Presidential Candidate and had been swindled into agreeing to a “Word Salad Debate” ; The only thing was I forgot to get her Signature. Darn….
