Everything was good, except when getting our pizza it was very poorly cut into the pizza slices like normal. There was a few super small ones and it would be hard to share it with someone getting small slices and someone else getting bigger slices. Just take your time.

I was trying to be smart and order pizza to be picked up on my way home from work. Little did I realize that I ordered from the wrong store. When I arrived at the Sylvania Ave. location, they said they couldn’t find my order but would be happy to make it for me. As I stood there waiting, I watched the interaction of the employees and their manager/supervisor. She was very encouraging and helpful with the new hire. She double checked his work and gave him a ‘good job’ when he got it right. The team was working together to be a team and they seemed to have great leadership. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but you seem to be very well liked by your staff and they seemed relaxed and at ease with you. As a member of customer service that works with a team of people myself, I was very impressed with what I saw. Good job. Keep up the good work.
