Not a fan of writing bad reviews or any reviews at all. Im reasonable and understanding on people being trained, but having to remind them for a 2 piece tender and the ice creams and blizzards plus messing up the order is a bit. Are they training alone or is the trainer/manager being lazy and not checking the trainees work? This is a reflection of the management and their failures, and stating that “they’re in training” multiple times does not stiff paying customers for the products they’re paying for. Get better

I REALLY do NOT like writing bad reviews (but) I truly feel this one is well deserved. The “kids” that work here are AWESOME… We love them! But…..the 2 female “Adults” Ive ran into…..yeesh! At best you will feel like an inconvenience…. (that’s if they’re having a GOOD day…. ) Most days I’ve been there they’ve been flat out rude… I hate to say it but since this DQ has moved to the new building it’s really went down hill…. Do better DQ ……Do better! Til then we’ll just take a drive to Katie’s Corners on 43

I get that the whole grill and chill thing is new. But they are terrible. 4 out of 4 times I got the sauced and tossed chicken basket and 4 out of 4 times they were barely sauced and they forgot the additional sauce I ordered. The ice creams barely mixed and it’s runny. Never once have they even tried to flip a blizzard because they know the whole thing would fall out because it’s already part melted. I would rate 0/5 if I could. Photo attached below of the embarrassment of chicken they serve.

The young lady that took our order sounded happy and he pitch was just awesome. Her voice, everything about the transaction was fantastic. I had a nutty buddy milk shake and Mr Man had a peanut butter cookie dough party blizzard.

I have been here numerous times when the owner is working and have been pleased with my blizzard. I’m a little picky..cookie dough with extra hot fudge not cold fudge and pecans. I want what I want and am willing to pay for the extras. I don’t like paying for something that I do not get. My extra hot fudge that I paid for should have colored the ice cream. Oh well maybe next time.

Went to the new location hoping it had been changed for the better and was severely disappointed that is no better than what it was. Still has terrible service and no one knows how to make anything. I went there asking for a royal blizzard and they told me that they were unable to make it and that they wouldn’t be able to accept the coupons that Dairy Queen had sent me. New great look same trash service.

Went there again asked for a royal reese’s brownie blizzard, they gave me a fluff, I do not like Marshmallows, they remain consistently disappointing this is like the 9th time I have no idea why I keep trying to get any compitance from this place. Jun.18, 2025
