The Hawaiian garlic shrimp #7 and the grilled salmon #9 was phenomenal. I will definitely be back for the shrimp plate! The flavor was immaculate. The customer service was also top notch. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Milo’s Hawaiian BBQ is serving up ono grindz (delicious food) inside Haven City Market and it’s giving Aloha vibes.
After a long flight, I took my cousin to Haven City Market – just a few miles north of Ontario Airport (ONT). What did she want? Anything with rice.
We walked around the food hall and came across Milo’s Hawaiian BBQ and placed two (2) orders of the #2 Kalbi Short Ribs. It came with fluffy white rice and a side of macaroni salad, a side of steamed cabbage, and extra sauce. One order was plenty for the both of us so we took the other order to go.
The first bite of the savory short rib instantly met my expectations. The short rib flavors were a combination of salty and sweet. It went very well with the fluffy white rice and especially with the crunchy steamed cabbage. The macaroni salad was just ok for me.
Overall, we really enjoyed the short ribs. It was so good, I probably wouldn’t order anything else, as I would just order the same thing the next time I come back. So ono!

I ordered the loco moco and my wife ordered the garlic shrimp. Both were very horrible. The food has no taste the beef patties in the loco moco tasted as if it came out of those microwavable boxes you get from the store. Her garlic shrimp was so gross. I don’t know what they’re doing here. Do not waste your money here I felt like I was scammed.

Basically paid $15 to have an upset stomach and diarrhea. My stomach was rumbling for the rest of the day and I’m never eating here again. Even though they give a lot for the price (ordered the Loco Moco) , it’s not worth it if the food is going to be bad. Everything was stale and I didn’t even finish the food.

I love Hawaiian BBQ generally, so I tried this place twice. The BBQ and pasta salad was pretty bland. Tried a burger that was very dry. And the food literally took around 25 to 30 minutes both times I went. At one point someone else waiting for their food came over to me to also complain about how long it took.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered the Mocos Locos. My husband doesn’t eat runny yoke and we asked. If the eggs could be scrambled, the cashier said yes. I also ordered the garlic shrimp for myself. The food had no taste, the hamburger patty was tough like leather, the eggs were not scrambled, they were fried hard and inedible as well. My garlic shrimp were so overcooked, I could barely chew them. The macaroni salad had no flavor to it whatsoever, and the only reason the cabbage had flavor is because there was a lime on top of it. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. We spent $35 for food that was overall inedible. I don’t know how this place is serving food, let alone still open for business.

I came here on a Thursday late afternoon and was really disappointed. A tall gentleman wearing a beanie was so rude he had an attitude the whole time and made the experience really unpleasant. To make things worse, the food was undercooked, which is the last thing you want when eating Definitely not somewhere I’d come back to.

Ordered the Hawaiian burger which is supposed to be an Angus patty with teriyaki glaze on it. Patty was the size of the patties in the burgers at school lunches, and tasted just like them too. Did not taste or see any teriyaki sauce at all. When asked the female worker there for a side of teriyaki after realizing there’s none on the burger, she stated they charge for it. Why am I going to pay extra for something that was supposed to already be there?

This is not Hawaiian barbecue. It’s an insult to our food. The food has no taste. All the food I ordered has no taste. The mac salad was watery, bbq chicken was burnt no flavor, chicken katsu was hard like it was old, the garlic shrimp I thought would be flavorful since it’s garlic, but nope. The wait was so long when I was the only customer.
