Sat at the order taker for about 3 minutes before someone answered me. Sat at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes. There’s a kid sitting on the counter. There was another gentleman who kept walking by the window but never acknowledge that I was there because he was too busy making his own food. As you can hear a group of kids inside joking around with the kids that are working you could tell that they were all friends. No one ever acknowledge that I was sitting there as a customer. I understand that I showed up a few minutes before 10:00 but when the sign says you’re open till 1:00 you’re open till 1:00. And when the lobby was filled with young kids and they’re all joking around leaning on the counter talking with their friends that is unacceptable. You should just close at that point. Employees should not be sitting on the counter on their phones. When you take an order you get the order done and given to the customer. So unprofessional will not be coming back to this establishment.

The place is dirty, Employees are slow and always sweating. The food is cold. A lot of people waiting for the food. I definitely won’t go again. When I got home I got the wrong food. I ordered 2 meals 2 breast and a drum and I received 2 drums and one thigh. Oh and no biscuit. And I definitely didn’t noticed until I got home.

I usually don’t do reviews. I ordered a 8 piece chicken, 2 piece honey BBQ, and a famous bowl. I never received honey BBQ chicken and other chicken was very greasy. The worst part i ordered in the app and when arriving at restaurant had a 40 minute wait!!! Poor customer service.

Unfortunately not sure if I just got there at a bad time or what the case may be but food was disgusting entire family got sick from it. As far as the drive-thru it was quick to order but waited a while for service at the window. Lack of cleanliness people in back were using gloves to hand out food and using the same gloves to prep food. Also register was on his phone the entire time and prepping drinks while using the shirt he was wearing to use one hand to put covers on the drinks. Further less they did not put everything in the bag had to go back in then they wanted to see receipt that didn’t have because was never given one. Environment was very dirty should have been a given due to the location.

Went there yesterday about 6:30 pm. Saw that they brought back the potato wedges and wanted some. We ordered 2 combo meals which is tenders or crispy chicken with wedges, biscuit and drink. First the person taking our order wasn’t very friendly. Seemed she didn’t want to be there or something. Not even made eye contact. Well, we waited about 15 min. chose to eat there. The wedges were awful. They were over cooked so bad they were had as a rock. Some were so thin they were like potato chips. The biscuit was also hard as a rock. I could have used it for a hockey puck. Only thing good was the chicken. So I guess if you come later in the day, you get the old dried out sides. Won’t be going back there for awhile.

They forced you to order on the touch screen, which isn’t a huge deal, expect it takes 10x longer. Then for the 25 mins I had to wait for 2 gordita crunches and 2 biscuits… but they were made completely wrong, and the biscuits were as hard as rocks. The lobby was gross, and behind the counter was even worse! Food everywhere! It was crazy! I stood there waiting patiently, every single one of the employees looked right at me and ignored for about 20 mins until finally ONE worker, who was clearly running around doing everyone else’s job why they were leaning or on their phones! I wish I got his name, because I actually felt bad for him! While everyone else were CLEARLY taking advantage of thier DEI jobs, that poor guy was legitimately busting his ass. The only guy wearing a striped shirt, who i assume was the “manager”, said he’d help, and then completely ignored me. If anyone who matters ever reads this…. you seriously need to rethink your chain or command, because that ONE guy(NOT the “manager”) was clearing carrying everyone else! And based on everything I saw, I’m sure you know who the ONE hard worker is at your restaurant! Never again. And I HIGHLY recommend that no one else goes here… at least until they hire some more people who actually want/need their jobs! Because 99% of the people here today clearly have no idea what it’s like to not have bills or not live in mommy’s house! Unreal!

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to warn the next person who’s in the mood for KFC. Don’t go to this location! I went to the drive thru at 4:30pm on a Saturday, the guy who took my order was prompt and nice but the food was horrible! I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, paid $14 The chicken was old and all dried up like it had been sitting under warming lights all day!! I tried to take a bite and thought I chipped a tooth.. that’s how hard it was! I threw it away!! What a disappointment! I will never go back.

Have gone to this combo KFC/Taco Bell twice this week and both times they haven’t come close to getting the orders right. From blatantly missing food, missing modification, long wait times, replacing food with lesser value items.
Many of the workers are young and learning and seem to be placed in a poor work environment where the adult staff seem miserable and unmotivated setting a bad example.

While the servers are very kind, this location seems to be chronically understaffed, hence the slow production and service rate. Not unpleasant, but definitely not the fastest service to delivery if your picking up orders
