We’ve been coming here for years, mostly for takeout, and the food has always been solid and delicious. That’s why this experience stood out so much.
Last night, my family decided to dine in. The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 6:10 PM. We were greeted, but it took about 10 minutes to get water or drinks. When we were ready to order, another family came in after us and was able to order right away. Because of this, their food came out before ours.
They were out of both the chicken satay and calamari, so we ordered three different appetizers instead. Those didn’t come out until about 25 minutes later. We didn’t receive all of our food until around 7:15 PM, and we left at about 7:50 PM. Overall, the service took much longer than expected and really cut into our family time.
We also noticed another group arrive after us, sit for quite a while without being greeted, and eventually leave.
The food itself was still good, which is why this isn’t a lower rating, but the dine-in service was disappointing. We’ll likely stick to takeout going forward, or possibly try another Thai spot nearby.

The food is absolutely awesome! Everything is freshly made, and the owners are great and friendly! Most definitely, I will make this a regular!

Flavor was good, really do cater to the spicyness level you desire. Good size portions, service was decent.
I enjoyed the duck curry with duck meat. I also had the mixed appetizer. You get two of each appetizer, the spring rolls were huge! The sauces are awesome! Left with a halt smile.Will return.

My wife and I moved to the area in April and we visited all the thai spots looking for our go-to. This restaurant, in our opinion, is the best in the Esco area. The namesake pad thai is really tasty and my wife loves the red curry. Spice levels are legit and the restaurant is clean. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

This is the definition of a hidden gem. This is my favorite restaurant in escondido, and my favorite Thai food place in all of San Diego. It’s family run and it shows in the atmosphere and the love they put into every dish. The food is delicious, the ambiance is homey without being trite, and the staff is always quick and friendly. 10/10

The Yellow Curry with Chicken was amazing, with just the right amount of “kick” to it, and the Sweet Sticky Rice was THE perfect dessert. Really easy to order from their website and the food came in a timely manner. And the points you get add up quickly. Will order from again for sure!
