Food is great problem is the delivery system. I’m 4 miles from them in their delivery radius. They simply can’t put the address in because my city is Simpsonville. The Simpsonville location is 8 miles away. I’ve explained this to both locations. Zero accommodations offered. Plug in the address and deliver me some pizza. You can charge me in advance I don’t care but figure it out. It’s not rocket science.

Left out the sauce I asked for. Skimped on the Double mushrooms. 844pm delivery time online .. but got here around 915. Although It was hot/warm and the double cheese was there. Wish they would pay attention to details such as double toppings and sauces. Missed that.

The food is always as good as advertised. Most of the staff is great, accommodating and working hard. Unfortunately, watching the manager (man with tattoos in a striped shirt) yell at his staff ruins the atmosphere.
I went in expecting a wait because it’s 6:00pm on a Friday and the manager was rushing his employees and stressing them out. From the front of the store, I could hear the manager being needlessly rude. The two staff at the front counter were communicative and did a great job.

The food was delicious. I would for sure recommend the flavorful food that we had. I had Hawaiin burritos and loved the pineapple. One person had pollo fundido, another had ACP add steak. Well delicious.

I ordered eight pizzas last night for a kids birthday party. When I came at 5:45p.m. to get my order, they tried to hand me only half. It was clear they had not fully made my order because I could hear them saying to pull pizzas from other orders and remake them. It was 15 minutes later when I got all my pizzas. I asked for the associate to confirm that each pizza has the Romesean crust. She opened the boxes to confirm they did when in fact half of them did NOT. This will now be the fourth time in a row that the order was inaccurate. The associate was less than helpful. All she could say was “we are busy” and had no empathy that I had to wait longer because they messed up. Finally, when asked her for the sauces that were in the order, she told me that they would cost extra. She was argumentative with me and I showed her on the order that sauces came with it. She was reluctant to give them to me but ultimately did. So after the order not being ready and having to wait 15 extra minutes to get them, she wanted to argue with me over sauces! I put this order in 1 hour and 15 minutes before I needed it. I thought this location was improving, but unfortunately, there is lack of customer service with those at the front and not providing accurate orders.

I ordered a pizza bowl online to take home and try out.
Got one with both types of pepperoni, sausage and bacon. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the pics on their website. I really would have preferred the pepperoni on top because baked pepperoni is just awesome.
It ended up being mostly sausage and the sauce was pretty runny. The flavor was fair, but there was way to much sausage. Oh, and I couldn’t taste any bacon. Doubt I’ll be back.

The fresh pizza is excellent. More recently though, prices have gone up ~$1.50 for their lunch specials. The fountain drink ice machine was out of order for over 2 months, and once that got fixed, they only had a couple drink flavors available. Used to be close to 5 stars, but it’s fallen a good bit.

I love this Marcos location, I’ve had nothing but delicious and consistent pizzas from them. They always have sweet coupon deals and the employees I interact with are always so friendly. I’m definitely keeping this as my go-to pizza place.

I’ve eaten at the Marco’s pizzeria on Augusta Rd. Several times before and the food was great, so this evening I decided to order from the one on Batesville Rd. since I live closer to this one, I placed my order and went to the store to get my food, and everything seemed ok the young lady greeted me I paid for my pizzas and went home. After arriving home I opened my pizza and noticed that one of my pizzas, which was supposed to have been a medium old world pepperoni only had 10 pieces of pepperoni on it, I called back to the store to inform them of my issue with this. I asked to speak with a manager and only got the assiant manager she offered me two choices which was to remake the pizza for me or a refund, which I didn’t have a problem with, but she told me I had to come back this evening, which I couldn’t do because I had company coming to my home to watch basketball. I asked if she could take my name down and I come by tomorrow to correct this issue and was refused the opportunity to do so, because the young lady ( assiant manager) wouldn’t be working tomorrow, I then asked who the manager was and I was informed that she couldn’t give out that information and I could either come back tonight or just eat like it was. I’m not use to this kind of customer service or the lack thereof. Due to the aforementioned issues, I intend to follow protocol by reaching out to the store manager to see if this is the way Marco’s Pizza operates. As a customer I was offended by the rude mannerism and utter disrespect; I shouldn’t be treated this way. I won’t be visiting this store again if this situation isn’t rectified!!!!!!!
