I discovered this place after many years of going to the “other” Sub shop. This is much better. Vegetables are fresher er and the cheeses are better. I can’t tell you about the meat because I am a vegetarian.

They usually hit everything on the nose, but the last few times I’ve visited, I’ve had to either go back to the store or check our stuff and have it fixed before I leave because the order is wrong. One time, my husband ordered the simplest sandwich with bacon added on. We pick it up and get home, his sandwich had EVERYTHING on it. My sandwich was wrong as well. They were close to closing, but we stayed only 5 minutes away so we went back. As soon as walked in, the guy says that they’re closed. I continued to show him the sandwich vs the receipt and he replaced it. Cool. The last time we were there, I checked the order and the bacon (that costs extra) was not on there. There were times in between were something wasn’t right. They do not pay attention in there like they used to. So check your order. Other than that, the quality is great and tastes good. They just don’t know what they’re doing in there most of the time.

The food is good but here again it is expensive in comparison to other sub shops that I’ve eaten. Employees are nice friendly. The restaurant is clean however it is expensive.

The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Each time I visit, no one asks about my rewards points. When I mention that I want to add them, the staff doesn’t follow through. Even after reminding them multiple times, they still forget.

I ordered the Firehouse French dip. This sandwich was loaded with roast beef, caramelized onions, melted Swiss and provolone cheese, had Italian seasonings and was on a toasted garlic bun. They also served a side of hot au jus to dip your sandwich in. The au jus was delicious. It was like a really good creamy French onion soup.
I quite enjoyed the sandwich and I will definitely be ordering it again. I also sure hope they added it as a regular menu item as I believe it was just on special. We also find that the workers at this location are very nice compared to the location closer to our house. This is our preferred Firehouse location.

First time at a firehouse subs! The staff were very kind and helpful. The restrooms and seating area were well maintained. We had the club on a sub and brisket sandwhich. Both were very good.

Just visited the Saint Louis area for a day and stopped here with my husband for some food and just the employees alone deserves a great review! The staff was funny, sweet and kind! Highly recommend. The food was amazing of course and tasted amazing. Great job guys!

The food was good but the last 6 times I ordered from Firehouse they forgot to put the 2 bags of chips I ordered. BE PREPARED TO NOT GET YOUR FULL ORDER WHEN YOU WHEN YOU GET IT DELIVERED. I am done with Firehouse subs!
