Might need to give this newer place another shot. Rolls were nice and crusty. The new England clam chowder was a great in between size, but the potatoes were undercooked and it was SO RICH like a pudding. Didn’t taste or see any clams though which made me end my visit. Oh they do top it with bacon fyi but have a variety of hot sauces, albeit kind of nasty bottles. The server was an order taker; she turned me off when she took the tab from us while we were still sitting there. Huge no-no.

This place is amazing! Quaint and unbelievably delicious. They prepare the food with passion and care and it translates to perfection. The chefs were on point, friendly and talented! The seafood is very fresh. We had the tuna, clam chowder and mussels and can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!

This has to be the best oyster bar in Las Vegas. The Cioppino is so delicious, so rich, brimming with the freshest, most succulent sea food and the broth is so good,you will be tempted to drink from the bowl. I still dream about that dish, I even tried to recreate it at home. All the food is so fresh, did they just catch those shrimp and oysters today? The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. ( I asked for extra broth and they graciously bought me more) It is a oyster bar not a dining room so seating is limited. Pearls is an excellent addition to the already great food options at Rampart Casino.

First time we went 5 stars last night 3 stars. We ate exactly the same food but the quality was not the same. We ate at the bar the first time everything was excellent especially the service. Last night we were sitted at the table we ordered seafood tower again for $65 and it was not the same. The first time shrimps, lobster, crabs were large. Last night everything shrunk lol! We were still eating and the woman took the butter for our bread and when she served the shrimp pasta and did not response right away she rolled her eyes and firmly said: shrimp pasta! Non of us can’t speak our mouth has food lol! Back to Briggs oyster bar at Suncoast. Servers there made you feel at home. I should took pic from last to compare from the last time.

Ambiance, hours and location are perfect! We are locals always looking for a low key lunch spot with good food and a full bar or specialty cocktails. Best clam chowder everrr! The bluefin tuna wasn’t that fresh, sent back with no problem, the New England fisherman’s stew was very good, I wanted to like the Mother of Pearl martini but the rice wine vinegar in it wasn’t gelling for me, sent back no problem, and replaced it with the Bend and Snap which light and refreshing. Last item was the Caesar salad – dressing was terrific, Parmesan and croutons very nice but I was left wondering why put all the effort into the salad and serve with some oxidized pieces of romaine. So glad you are here! We will be back!

Delightful experience. I order a lot of cioppino, and Pearls’ may be the best I’ve ever had. Tuna and scallop Crudo on the half shell was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Service was extremely attentive and warm. Tina was wonderful. Will definitely go back!
