Every time I go here they always mess something up. My order is never correct and the food is terrible. Fries are undercooked chicken hard as a rock, bread soggy. They have had the same cook working there for 20 years and still can’t get an order right, and then you have all the highschoolers lolly gagging in the front, tripping over each other and none of them have the slightest clue of what is even going on, not even paying attention to the customers because they are too busy gossiping about which high schooler did what with who at Greg’s house. They need to learn the definition of true work ethic.Thankyou.

Worst service in history. These so called “fast food” employees think they deserve to make more money but can’t even handle minimum work for more than minimum wages. We sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes for a simple strawberry blizzard. While waiting they walked 2 sundaes past us 3 cars back to people that had ordered 20 something minutes after us. How is this place still open?

Sat in the drive through for a half an hour for just one blizzard. While waiting for my item one of the workers walked out and went 3 cars behind us with two sundae’s. The wait was very unreasonable and the workers acted like it wasn’t a big deal when brought to their attention. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This is a decent Dairy Queen. The food is good and the staff is usually friendly. The main issue here is the extremely slow service. Their kitchen is rather small and their staff is mostly high-schoolers, so ordering a chicken strip basket is often a 20-minute or more wait. During a busy time, you just go somewhere else. On the plus side, we’ve never gotten a messed up order from here, which is saying something compared to most fast food places (especially the Hardee’s down the street).

Good food, very busy. They could make blizzards a lil faster though. I went out tonight and waited 20 mins to get 2 blizzards. My son got his ice cream cone finished before we got ours. It had melted in the bag by the time I got home. Kinda disappointed but I’d say over all good food
