Extremely arrogant customer service. Called 3 different stores of them to order delivery service. The first one didn’t offer it currently, the second one told me that they are full of orders (no need to earn extra money?) and the last one responded in an extremely bossy and arrogant way telling me to not call them for delivery orders for my neighborhood (that is 10min away from their store). Not coming back.

I have had good meals at the anteras plaza location, but today at the Lincoln plaza local, not so good. Hey it’s a chain and sushi is expensive , the food and the service were both just ok. I’ll save my sushi times for Tsunami.

after eating at and ordering express service for over 5 years at Matsuri, I will not return or give them my money. For one reason and one reason only, the customer service is horrible, especially at the San Pedro Antares location. After a very unpleasant exchange on the phone with a “cajero” and a manager who refused to speak with me on the phone when asked about how I could pay for (decent but nothing special overpriced sushi) a delivery, neither seemed concerned enough to understand that I only wanted to give them money for food. oh well, better sushi and more places out there.

The sushi is one of those weird hybrid ones with weird ingredients. But the staff… Like 5 waiters yet somehow everything takes forever. They don’t look like they want to be there at all. Might be harsh, but I wouldn’t recommend this place
