My ice cream mixture came w chocolate, pecans, caramel. I told her I wanted more chocolate. She completely ignored me. When I got home it was like I had only vanilla ice cream and pecans. 11 dollars for vanilla ice cream and pecans! Great! And then they ask for a tip? I’ll try this place one more time, promise not to tip unless I get exceptional service. Would have been nice if they had a better attitude as well. Watch the making of your ice cream!! They don’t care at all!!

Audrey is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. What a joke! I come here all the time and usually great service but not this time. I got handed a melted waffle cone dripping everywhere and when I asked for a different one was told I needed to pay for another one. What horrible customer service.

The worst customer service experience here. Young Asian girl whispering to the coworker upset that they got busy bothered with customers suddenly. Asked for a Strawberry, was told “we don’t sell strawberry Sundays here, but what do you want on it?” Bill was $57.00

To the previous post, and whomever it may concern. I was aware that coldstone had holiday hours (shown in the picture). If you went on New Year’s day, they closed at 9, instead of 9:30 because of the holiday. If you searched their hours online, it would’ve said normal business hours, but probably would’ve said something like “holiday may affect these hours.” Also they had the holiday hours paper posted on the front door way before Christmas, up until the day after New Years. They are always true to their open and close hours, and sometimes even stay open later than their times to serve customers. I am a frequent coldstone customer, and I know that the employees would never deliberately ignore the customers, or refuse to serve customers. The staff is wonderful! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely horrific experience with Bryan and Lisa at the Lake Mary location. We attempted to cancel a cake order with more than 48 hours notice. We were told that the cake was already completed but they couldn’t give it to me that day. I was told by Bryan that he’d help to resolve my issue the next day. The next day came and Lisa decided to read to me “verbatim” a policy that is different than the website’s policy regarding cancellations. Very long story short, in order to get a resolution I had to get my bank and corporate involved. I do not recommend this place whatsoever!!! Cold Stone was once a trusted brand but franchise owners and incompetent managers have tainted the reputation of this creamery.

I always heard great things about Coldstone and how great the ice cream is and how fresh it is. My boyfriend took me there on Friday 2/16/24 and it was my very first time there. The girl taking our order was basically rushing us through it and I told her to give me a sec because I had never been there before and it was just overwhelming at how quickly she wanted us to order and there wasn’t even anyone behind us. The reason we went to this location is because I live in the community but I don’t like being rushed through my order. It was very unprofessional. It was my first and last time at this location. On a good note. The ice cream was excellent. The customer service was terrible!
