Catering box lunch options were great for our group of 9-12 people on 2 different days. I placed the order 24 hours in advance and confirmed via phone the following morning. I asked for extra napkins & mayo packets for the second order & they were able to add both. They were on time and very friendly. No one had issues with their sandwiches. We will be ordering from here again!

I am very disappointed at this location. I am a truck driver who rarely has time to even get lunch. Today I called in and ordered a sandwich, arrived there 15 minutes later and they have no record of my pick up order. I tried explaining who I talked to and I even double checked I was at the right location and asked if they could make me one now since there was a miscommunication somewhere. They proceeded to get pissed off with me, so I left without lunch, no time to stop anywhere else, hungry and now in a bad mood. Thank you jimmy John’s for the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

They didn’t deliver everything on my order. I asked to soak to Syd. Was told he was on vacation and even if he wasn’t they wouldn’t make my order right. The customer isn’t always right even if they are charged for it. Wake up Syd and hire people who have your back instead of throwing you under the bus.
