7 ppl in here and Noone knows how to work the place? Walked inside cuz the line was to the road. 2 ppl asked me if I was there for pickup and couldn’t find my pizza. They arguing right in front of me about the way orders should be pushed out. There was no label on boxes. They told me it would be 3 mins after that app notified me my pizza was ready like 5 mins ago. He informed me that was fake they do not click a button the changes every stage, it’s simply on a timer. My pizza was found on the bottom shelf and had no garlic sauce on the crust. The email I received has it on there yet the app does not. I also ordered extra cheese and sauce, but that was nowhere to be found either. Idk if there was any sauce on the pizza at all.

I will NEVER order dominos again!!!!! This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered over $50 worth of food and every pizza has over 3 inchea of crust. It doesn’t even look likethey have sauce. I also order extra sauce on pizza and tonight I ordered 6 sauces on side 2 marinara,2 buffalo & 2 garlic, asked at window for my sauce they insisted there was no sauce ordered yet my screenshot on phone says otherwise. I call place and nobody answers phone. It rang for over 7mins. Absolutely horrible!!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

In last evening February 9, 2026 I called this restaurant around 4:20 pm to order dinner for my kids. Placing the order was easy as I used the call center because this location NEVER answers the phone. They are always busy fo absolutely nothing. However; I’ve learned how to deal with them because they are my local store that delivers to my home. My youngest adores the chicken Alfredo pasta pan and eats it at least once a week. However; previous interactions with this restaurant has sparked concerns but on yesterday I attempted to avoid the issues remember previous encounters. I pulled up to the first window and remember being told previously that if I had already ordered, to pull to the second window….so I did. I ordered over the phone. Once over there, a gentleman named Robert began “beckoning” for me to drive back to the first window. Reluctantly but in the spirit of Mardi Gras, I simply drove back around. I get to the window and he ask me what I needed I said I’m here to pick up my order. He oh, you can drive back around. I then said to him you guys need to do a better job communicating because one visit it’s this rule next visit it’s that rule. He says to me we don’t give good out at this window. I say I was told that which I why I was at the other window. While a back and forth argument was brewing I observe the young man removing food out of the oven drop something on the floor. The box he moved was a side box, which is what wings come in. I ordered wings as well. So I tuned out Robert and began paying attention to the young man to see what he would do with that food. I was told again very rudely to move to the other window. So I drove around. I then noticed that Tobert was taking an awfully long time with the next car. So I started recording. Robert then proceeded to hand the lady her food…OUT OF THE WINDOW HE JUST TOLD ME, THEY DONT HAND FOOD OUT THERE. Angry and extremely irritated I drove off and parked to go inside to address what I just saw. As I walked in the store another employee who later claimed to be the store manager was walking to the front register with my food. They clearly knew they had messed up and the customer caught them dead to right. The manager was rude from the start. I asked her why was that type of behavior allowed. She tried to justify Robert’s actions and became demeaning towards me. I asked for a refund and she quickly gave it and walked away saying good day. I asked her why did she allow this type of behavior and then Robert interupts saying to me why you complaining to her, you could asked me that! I then stated to Robert, because my complaint is with you so I’m reporting you to the manager. I then ask the manager namely Jada I believe, why would you allow your employees to interrupt our conversation and that woman told me, what she allows her employee to do is none of my business. I asked for a number to corporate or above restaurant leadership and was told good luck finding it. Talking to someone about my encounter has proven to be difficult. Even other stores won’t help me get through to a live person to address this. This particular store doesn’t have a rating with the BBB and their rating here on google and the reviews clearly shows why.

service is always great, the food is alright for the most part.. every once in a while they don’t season the crust but I’m too hungry to care for the most part. however, tonight we went to get something to eat.. I’m a little disappointed to say the least- was there a change in the dough or staff?

Online states they are open until 12 midnight. Tried making an order since 10:30pm. App wouldn’t work until 11pm then we decided to drive there to see what is going on. Open light is on at 11:10 and the girl tells me that they close at 11. The app also was going to allow me to place the order too. Decided to drive away. Didn’t want spit in our food.

The worst dominos. It just gets worse each time I order. Waited over 30 minutes at the window when it said my pizza was ready. I live less than 5 minutes away and my pizza was cold when I got home. Paid extra for pan pizza and it looks like a burnt hole in the middle. Hand toss and stuff crust look more like a thin crust. For the price they charge the pizza should be what I ordered. The staff there is a joke!

Pizza is good without sauce but in the past 4 months the two times I’ve gotten it the sauce tastes like metal? Not sure why but others I’ve tried it with agree…. It tastes like I’m chewing on lead.

First off, the website was giving me sooo much trouble. Secondly, It took more than an hour to get here (i am not even 10 mins away), it was cold and super hard. Did not complain. Then we realized the one we ordered without the garlic seasoning on the crust of course had it. STILL did not complain. THEN I Realized they did not dn’t give me the 2 liter I ordered. Oh hell no. So i call to complain.. waited 30 mins for them to answer just for them to immediately hang up, called again waited 40 mins still nothing. Dominos count your days
