So the food was great and the staff inside was awesome as usual. The big problem lies within the corporate offices and how the to go system functions. So I go online and place an order and pay at 520pm then I get a confirmation email that my order will be ready at 540pm. I arrived at the facility at 545pm and my order was not done. At 550 I asked the staff what was going on and they explained that the system only releases so many orders to be made at a time. This is garbage that corporate can’t come up with a system that functions based on when an order is placed. The best solution to that would to not provide an estimated pickup time rather the customer should have to select a pickup time and the system should only allow for so many orders to be picked up in that time frame. You as corporate officials need to accept responsibility for this breakdown in systems and come up with a better process for order placement and pickup window time frames.

Order way ahead of your desired pickup time. This location never has the order ready at the designated time. Expect to pull around and wait a minimum of 20 extra minutes. This is not a one time thing, its every time. The food is decent for the limited menu at this location, but its anything but fast food. Definitely skip if youre in a hurry.

Ordered online and waited inside for it to cook. There’s a cashier inside that you can also order from, and there’s a drive thru window for pickup. Small building with some indoor seating similar to a fast food restaurant, no waitresses. The food was delicious! The BBQ bacon burger was super moist and full of flavor. Fried pickles are always great! Son loved the mozzarella sticks. Caribbean Jerk boneless wings were pretty spicy and was toned down perfectly with ranch. Staff was quick, helpful and friendly.

Check your order before you leave this location, even if it holds up the line, you will likely have something wrong! This is now the second time I’ve tried to order from the State street location. Each time I order boneless from here I’ve received similar wings, maybe just bad luck to get the “bottom of the frozen bag” each time, but I don’t have this problem on Tittabawassee. The pictures show you 4 of the wings they sold me. 3 of the 4 pieces were only breading. Then when you drive all the way back to the restaurant they want you to wait for a new order of wings and act like nothing is wrong. Nothing has changed, manager still isn’t inspecting the food that their staff keeps sending out of the kitchen.

Buffalo Wild Wings Go on State St in Saginaw. Food was ready 15 minutes past the promised time (as it is every time), I realized before I left they forgot something so I went back into the store and they gave it to me, so they must have just been too lazy to look if it was in the bag. When I got home (15 minutes away) I realized they forgot something else. Called to have them refund it on my credit card and said they couldn’t, so drove back to get it. I ordered honey bbq wings, so when I finally got to eat almost 45 minutes after I picked up the order, I realized it was some other horrible tasting sauce. Looked at the box and just a white sticker on it not identifying what kind of sauce it was. On the buffalo chicken wrap we ordered (with mild sauce substitution) was not mild at all. This is by far the worst service I’ve had anywhere in years and years. If I could give a negative star review I would.

Got a bacon cheeseburger and potato wedges. I waited over 10 mins past the time my order was supposed to be ready. The bun on the burger was soggy, bacon was gross and fatty, and all I could taste was pickle juice. Then the potato wedges were cold. Not a great dinner option. I will know better next time.

Ordered boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce and half the wings had no sauce at all and they tasted like they were cooked last week. Ordered on door dash so I spent $30 on the nastiest crap I’ve ever eaten. Also got food poisoning from it. Never going back

Placed an order through the app. My food was cold the buger luke warm. The boneless wings and wedges were so hard they hurt the roof of your mouth! Definitely need to do better!

Tonight I call this location to ask if they offer a military discount. I was pleasantly suprised to find out they do. Unfortunately that is only if you walk in. Which by walking in. There is no special. You pay full price. So I decided to do an online order anyway. The website was fairly easy to navigate. Once I paid I was given a time when my order should be ready (20 min) after 25 min I pulled up to the drive through told the attendant I was here to pick up my order. When I drove to the window I was told my order still want ready. I was handed a paging device and told it would alarm when my order was ready. Needless to say it was another 30 minutes before it was ready. The wait was not the issue. Being given a time to be there. Totally missing the mark by more than 30 min is my issue.
