My favorite pizza joint I think from the moment they open their doors. And then when Brian bought the place not too long ago, pizzas were outrageously delicious. My family and I were ordering every Thursday night dropping $60-$70 without batting an eye. But the last two times we ordered, The pizzas weren’t right, We didn’t get what we ordered, And even once there was like four items of each vegetable we ordered on the whole pizza. And sadly for me I was going back on Fridays because well I love their stuff crust Supremes. Brian would make them and they were a delicious. So I talked Thursday nights up to kids were learning a new job and it happens. But that being said today I went and picked up a pizza… I called it in she said 15 minutes. I got there a little early just waited inside and talked to a young lady with incredibly long nails for working with food, and a thing sticking out of her nose with a flower on it. But the young lady assumed nice although I’ve never understood why the health department allows him to wear nails like that but hey. Got my pizza watched her take it out of the oven put it in the box cut it and brought it home. On the way home I noticed it had a funny smell in my vehicle not the usual delicious aroma. Once I got it home and open I realize it actually smelled different and it was nearly raw. The cross was so incredibly thin and well basically raw. Well that’s not going to slow me down much I had children to feed so I put it in my air fryer and crisped it up. My little ones who love Little Caesars Pizza by the way, kept saying that it tasted funny. So I grabbed one out of the air fryer and they weren’t joking. The crust was so incredibly thin although now crispy but something on the pizza tasted older spoiled or something. I just know we’re not going back again. When I called today to let them know what was going on a young lady came on to try to tell me she was the store owner. And then when I told her I knew that Brian owned the store then she told me she was the manager. And I asked her if she was the one that made the pizza which I already knew the answer cuz I watched her bringing it out and cutting it up because she was the only one in the whole store. So I’m not happy. My family’s not happy. So I guess we’re just going to start getting our pizza somewhere else which breaks my heart but there you have it. So my opinion is good luck!

I prefer square pizza. And my review only pertains to the specific downtown Lake Orion location. Unlike everyone else, this square pizza has not gone downhill and I have been getting it there since they have been open. Since covid, I boycotted pretty much everyone. Jets square is a joke. I remember Buscemi’s many years ago being a five-star, for the location convenience, I stopped at 25 and Mound on my way to my mom’s, there were some slices that were thick but they were dry, airy and and just had no weight. I could not even give them two stars. Little Caesars on Broadway, keep up the good work. As for other Little Caesars locations, none of them had compared

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas a couple weeks ago plus two combo crazy bread/sauce and on top of that I ordered two extra sauce and had them delivered. It was literally uneatable, worse I have had in my entire life!!! It was barely cooked which I think was a lot of the problem..ALL of it was bad.. I think maybe the dough was about to ‘turn’ or something. I called and told the woman ( who claimed to be the manager ) I said I was going to have to cook it in the oven and hope maybe it would help if it was cooked.. it really was half raw no exaggeration! I was as nice as I could possibly be, just thinking someone would want to know, didn’t ask for money back or anything. First she tried to blame the delivery driver and I said they were right here on time and nice. She was the one who told me I would get the whole order free whenever I wanted it and put everything in her computer . Tonight my daughter and grandson went to get it and even told them what happened and specifically asked them to cook it longer if necessary. The woman got nasty when they asked for the sauce ( that I paid for ) finally gave her the two that came with the the combos and refused to give her the other two and acted like she was doing a huge Favor! Guess what?? The bread sticks were just as bad and the pizza was about 10% better.. I have gone to Little Caesar’s around the country and this is the First experience I have Ever had!!! Even the one on Baldwin here was fine. THIS IS THE ONE on S. Broadway in Lake Orion. I am calling corporate on Monday and I hope they actually Care.. I’ll update!!! Oh we Still cooked it in the 400* oven for about 5 minutes if I didn’t mention that..still undercooked.. maybe they need to check their oven..

I would give 0 stars if offered. I placed an online order 1/23/26 at 430 to be picked up at 530. Order was not ready and I waited almost another half hour before requesting a refund! The lady at the counter was beyond rude and her attitude was beyond pathetic! I will never order OR step foot in that Little Caesars location again

Got a pizza that wasnt done and called to see if I could get a replacement… manager kept telling me it was done or it was cheesy… like, no… I’m looking at it its not done… she hung up on me and when I called back she said I was screaming at her… no, I wasnt I just asked for a replacement… she hung up on me again.

I rarely leave reviews unless I’ve had an amazing or terrible experience. With that said, this is the closest LC location to me. We’ve been in the area less than a year and have given this place 4 tries and the pizza is never right. Today, I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and the pizza was so raw that the dough was still stretchy. Each time the pizza is raw or the hot ready is clearly old because they aren’t turning them over. Just another situation of corner cutting or sheer laziness. Whoever pulled my pizza out of the oven was either oblivious or straight up careless. Never received a pizza this raw in my life. No more chances from me at this location.
Funny enough, if you read through the most recent reviews for this location, it’s very clear that I’m not the only one getting consistently raw and gross pizza from this place. It’s not that hard to make sure a pizza is done….

Little Caesar’s has always been a favorite pizza chain of mine. I ate it while growing up. I worked there as a teenager. I always loved it and will continue to love it.
My experience at their Lake Orion location, however, has been terrible. The guys who work there are nice, but the pizza tastes categorically terrible. It’s the worst Little Caesar’s pizza I’ve ever had.
The pizza tastes like they allow the dough to ferment at air temperature for a few days before sending the pizza through the oven. It’s clearly a dough-preparation issue.
Can the franchise owner address this and give their team better training? I’d love to frequent the place when I don’t feel like cooking at home, a few times per month, but twice I’ve gone there, and twice the pizza has barely been edible. It’s unacceptable by any standard.

The last time we ordered a square special and got a round. Employees had a bad excuse on the matter.
This time we did receive the square, but it wasn’t completely cooked. We ordered the green peppers exchanged for banana peppers. They charged for them, but didnt credit for the green and didn’t even put a dozen of the banana peppers on the pizza!
