placed an order 2 hours ago. my pizza was on quality check stage for 1 hour and 15 minutes. they said my order was out for delivery and i watched on the map as the driver did orders and eventually went back to the store. he got my pizza on the 2nd time he left. the drive is 6 minutes away. i will never order from this location again. i understand you guys are understaffed, so the most logical thing to do is stop taking orders that you cannot fulfill within a timely fashion. unacceptable. the driver was a good guy though

Love dominos in OK and in ND! wasn’t prepared for up charges at this location… guess I should expect that in California so that was a downer… however, food… we love love loved- y’all did sooo good…. other than not expecting to pay more than the 6.99 prices… and the manager…. She was great!!! ⭐️ So I appreciate her making us feel better for it!! Will definitely be more aware of what’s allowed within the 6.99 for next time specific to y’all’s location! Thank you☺️

the delivery was 5 blocks away and soon after he was about 20 blocks away. I called for an explanation and a girl named Carla looked into the issue and said the driver was just making another delivery and would arrive with my order in 2-3 minutes. Right after that call the website showed my order as delivered, but it hadn’t been delivered, so I called and spoke with Carla again who told me the driver would deliver my order in about 5 minutes. At that point I asked her to cancel/refund my order which she REFUSED to do asking me to just wait for my delivery.
I went to the store and asked for the manager on duty and Carla said she was the manager on duty. I then asked for the store manager’s info and she said she was the store manager. I then for a 2nd time asked her to cancel/refund my order and she ignored this request, telling me my order would arrive soon (to which I explained by then I had already told the driver to take the order back). I then pointed out I wasn’t asking her where my order was but was asking her to cancel/refund it and she finally cancelled my order.
I asked who her supervisor was and she said she didn’t know how to contact him. I asked her for the supervisor’s phone number or an email address and she said she didn’t have either. I asked her for her supervisor’s name and she said “Cindy”. I asked her for Cindy’s last name and she said she didn’t know it.
Carla was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and if she wasn’t lying (which I believe she was) and she’s actually the store manager she is the embodiment of what is wrong with this store and I will never order from this store again and advise everyone to just order from a different store.

Regular customer here. The pizza is more delicious when there is a turbaned guy in the kitchen. The last few pizzas I had were tasty. I ordered the same pizza today and I didn’t see him when I picked up. my pizza was just so so. I miss his pizza!

My usual place to order pizza, quick yet sometimes the pizza could be undercook. And one time I ordered the chocolate lava cake and they gave me cookies instead, I called to ask about the wrong item they said they knew it and sorry that they don’t have lava cakes at the moment, so they basically changed my order without asking , I said the cookies were cheaper than the lava cakes from the app, I need the difference back, the staff said NO it’s the same price at their store ! I contacted customer service , no one seems to care. If you run out of an item, either refund or ask if the customer wants other alternative item. Bad customer service!

I ordered a pizza today and it was disgusting. It had the wrong crust and it was cold. When I called to inform them of this matter the lady I spoke with had a nasty attitude. She did not solve the matter and hung up in my face. I advice you to order from a different location.
