Pan fried dumplings actually explode with juices—soo good. Excellent chew, crisp, fresh, and aromatic lamb meat inside. Beef noodle soup is homey and has very tender slices of beef. Very good value and excellent taste. Chili oil is not spicy and very aromatic. Well worth the wait, highly recommend!

I came here while I was visiting Seattle during a business trip. I took a nap and missed dinner, but I saw this dumpling shop among a sea of franchised and bland eateries. Gave it a shot and it did not disappoint.
The food quality is great, and the flavors are more on the mainland Chinese side, which I appreciated. This isn’t your mother’s “orange chicken”, but it is very good.
I particularly enjoy the pan fried pot stickers, they had a good crisp and were juicy inside. The pork xiao long bao were also very good for similar reasons.

The food was good. The place is small and tables are so close together it’s difficult to get in and out of the chairs. They never asked what I’d like to drink and took a bit to take my order. I think the food was very good, and would come back

We came out of the library at noon and chose this noodle shop nearby. The place looked clean and the food seemed appealing. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We placed our order at 12:45, but by 1:25 we were told it would take another 20 minutes before our dishes were ready. We were already starving and feeling lightheaded. They don’t even serving the side dish / appetizers . The guy at the door was kind enough to give us some candy to tide us over, but we simply couldn’t wait any longer. We had no choice but to leave and go to a nearby fast food place because we were too hungry. Our child was also crying the whole time from hunger.

I strolled into this spot and ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and a Salad. The restaurant has a very austere atmosphere. The sounds echoing from the floor and the establishment next door were not very pleasant. Dan Dan noodles were cold and extra greasy. Salad was just ok. I’ll pass on this stop next time.

One of my favorite spots to get lunch. I recommend their dumplings. Beef and onion pan fried, pork and green cabbage steamed, pork shrimp and Chives steamed, beef noodle soup, and beef pan fried bun. All were delicious. The dumplings come in 12 pieces and the buns in 4 pieces. My coworkers also ordered the bean paste noodles, fried rice, and beef rice bowl and all enjoyed them. Staff was nice and seating was quick during lunch on a weekday. The food came out pretty quickly but the bean paste noodle and buns took the longest. They only accept 2 cards to split so be aware. They have outdoor seating which was perfect.

I came here for a quick bite in between my studying (SAT prep). I walked past this place a lot on my way to other restaurants so I decided to give it a try. I’m pretty sure this is a family run restaurant (I thought it was pretty cool you don’t see a lot of them in bellevue). I got the beef noodle soup which is one of my favorite dishes and it was amazing. They prepared it in about 5-10 minutes. The noodles were the right softness and the broth, while on the lighter side, was also amazing. The beef had a lot of flavor and it was also cooked very well (not too chewy). It was the perfect amount of spice: you could taste it, but it didn’t overwhelm the overall flavor. Very good and would come back.

So happy we found this place! I would compare it to Dough Zone, with northern Chinese style dumplings and noodles. The pan fried buns were the standout for me, but everything was delicious.
Parking was easy- there is a group dedicated retail parking spaces under Avalon apartments.
Note- there is a sweet spot to eating the XLB. Too soon, and you’ll melt your tongue. Too late, and the soup has been absorbed by the thick-style wrapping. Good luck! There is soy sauce and black vinegar on the table, for dipping.
The only snafu was that we ordered beef curry, and received chicken. My daughter had nearly finished the bowl before she mentioned anything to me, so we didn’t bother to bring it up to the waiter. Haha. Oh well. Next time!

Very solid 4 stars. Dan Dan noodle was good. The meat in the braised beef noodle is tender and flavourful. Close to Mainland Chinese flavors rather than Taiwan’s Din Tai Fun flavors. Definitely worth a comeback.

Hidden gem, quite location near the Bellevue library. Food is very good and well presented! Large portion of rice and noodles. I ordered the pork rice and half the plate came with stewed pork! What you get is exactly as how it looks on the menu. Good for couples here for both Chinese and non Chinese. It was very good amount of food for the price we paid, especially comparing to other restaurants. The only downside is that the food was served a bit slow. Apparently they were a bit under staffed.
