First time coming here… Reviews are not great for this place, so I was hesitant. Of course, you have to realize most of the time people review bad experiences, not good. My whole family and a friend came today, we got a Cajun chicken salad, 2 Cajun crab fries, steak Alfredo fries, 12 wings, and 2 kids chicken strips and fries. All great!!! The only thing is I wanted was more Cajun aioli sauce for my Cajun crab fries, which they did give me a little extra in a cup, but the amount of crab on top was insane! Plenty of it! I could barely finish half of them before I was full and took the rest home for later. I’m definitely wanting to come back for something else to try. The amount of food for the price was really worth it. And the place looked nice and clean. One downside was the wait, but it’s completely understandable with how much we ordered and the fact that it’s all made fresh.
1 tip for the restaurant to change: clean the walls so that kids have room to color. I used a couple napkins with water to clean a little spot, and it worked perfectly.

I’m sorry….but the food was just bad. The sauce on garlic parm wings had a funky tangy taste to it. The wings are literally the size of my thumb. The fries and soda were the only decent things I had. For them to charge as much as they do, you would think the food would be top notch. Though the service was good, I think I’m one and done with this place based on the food.

Never been in person so maybe that experience varies. But I consistently order their different types of loaded fries on DoorDash and every single time it’s delicious. Consistently. One of my favorite underdog restaurants in the city now, I’m addicted to their food. Hopefully they improve in-person service because their low overall score isn’t very indicative of how good their food is (which is to say, very good)

Walking in it was spacious and there were signs mentioning there will be a wait as the food is cooked to order. We planned on the wait, which is why we came earlier in the day before after work rush. The food LOOKED good, but baaaby the seasoning was missing. I ordered 8 wings and Hot honey chicken Mac fries. Nothing tasted like it had even salt or pepper on it. My husband and I were sharing the meal, and neither of us wanted to even finish it. We even put salt, pepper and then ranch on it nothing worked.

New staff is wonderful. Ms. Yvonne was very friendly and super helpful. Ms. Tia was also a joy to speak with. You can tell she’s really put her time and attention into this location.

Everything was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are large enough to share. Bone-in-wings are roughly as long as your palm. Chicken was crispy. You can tell it wasn’t made from frozen. Everything was seasoned perfectly. EVERYTHING IS COOKED TO ORDER. So, if you’re going during peak hours expect to WAIT! But all good things come to those who wait, no?

Took lunch break at 11 am, came here sligly skeptical bc the reviews currently put this place at 3 stars. I was the first customer for the day, Told it would be 15 minute wait, got my food in 10 with no issues or missing items.
Got the Honey Hot Chicken club with mac and cheese as a side, total was $21.
The sandwich was 2 thick chicken fingers, well sauced and topped. And the macaroni was cheesy, perfectly light spiciness, and appeared to have been baked.

I came here several months back and was soooo impressed by the blackened chicken pasta and I wanted to come back again and twice it was closed when I tried. I came back successfully a second time and it didn’t hit as much but it was okay. I came today and I am insanely disappointed. The food looks nothing like it used to. There were only 5 pieces of shrimp on the shrimp pasta which is INSANE because it is $18 before tax….. the sauce doesn’t taste the same at all and the noodles are even different. Just take a look at the photos from 8 months ago compared to these. What happened?!?!?! Never coming back.

How do you feel about boujee French fries and mac and cheeses? If you barely made it through that sentence without drooling then head over to Chicken Scratch. Like now. I ordered the crab alfredo fries and they blew my mind. I was expecting subpar crab sprinkled in sporadically but no. This felt like a generous portion of real crab that was a darn near perfect fry to sauce/crab ratio. I have to say I was very surprised. Friends ordered some kind of mac and cheese French fry mess but I have to say the only complaint they had was it being a carb overload but who could have possibly seen that coming? Definitely recommend!

Food is not good at all. Ordered the wing combo which claimed jumbo wings and we received regular wings. I asked for sauce on the side and ranch. Both was not included. Don’t waste your money. Chicken is bland with no seasoning. The Alfredo fries were not good either. Over priced for the quality

Ordered the wings with truffles fries. The wings are little and the fries didn’t have any parmesan cheese or parsley on them! Waited over an hour after ordering online because they stated they don’t make non prepaid orders until the guest arrive. It’s nowhere on their site! The food was good but service needs to better and bigger portions for what they charge.
