I visit the location 1 to 2 times every week. I have the same three drinks that I order. I am no longer going to be wasting my money there, only to receive a very bitter unsweetened coffee. I always order tuscany toffee, caramella, our turtle iced. However,The services is great and the people are always very friendly, that’s what keeps me going back. But I worked too hard for my money , not to be able to enjoy my coffee. I wish your company the best.

Tuxedo freezer and sausage croissant sandwich is my “go-to”, but their breakfast bowls are pretty good as well. I haven’t tried anything else. The service is always pretty quick and the staff are friendly.

I’ve been going here since it opened up and really enjoyed ordering through the mobile app when it first came out but not so much anymore. It’s a hit or miss on them getting my drink right and I times out of 10, my order is ready when I get there. I’ve even ordered well before I got there sometime almost 30 minutes before I leave my house and I live about 10 minutes from it. When I pull up to the window though, it’s still not even ready and I have to wait even longer. I can understand somewhat if it’s an exceptionally busy morning but today was not that day. The only time I know my order will be ready is when a particular person working there is working that day and can recognize either me or my vehicle. Other than that, it’s never ready and my friend has the same issue. What is the point of having the option to have mobile orders so the customer CAN SKIP THE LINE, as companies like to say, if you still have to wait for your order when you get to the window. Point blank simple, it should be ready the moment the customer gets there like it’s advertised as such or don’t offer the option at all.

Ordered an iced latte with cold foam on top and I got milk instead. There’s just a hint of coffee flavor but barely. Im pretty sure it’s not supposed to be this color. I ordered the same exact drink a few days ago and it was a lot darker with a lot more flavor. This is so disappointing because I was so looking forward to a good drink.

Great coffee place but just know your gonna be waiting FOREVER. Ordered my coffee VIA Mobile order for pick up at 4:35 it’s 4:50 before it was ready. There was 1 person in front of me, it’s a little ridiculous to have to wait so long for a cup of iced coffee. This is not the first time it’s a regular occurrence. Not sure if it’s a lack of employees or just employees being slow.

Love Elianos. Had an order delivered yesterday and received wrong coffee. I called Elianos and explained the problem. I was told to call back about 8:00 this morning. I called and hour later an Elianos employee was at my door with my coffee. I had explained that today was my 78th birthday and don’t drive anymore. Not only did I get my coffee but wished happy birthday by 2 employees.

This bagel looks like it was torn apart by hand. Seriously, where is the quality control? The whole thing felt lazy and slapped together. Not worth the price or the time. I would hope for a better experience next time.
