This place is getting so ridiculous! A few weeks ago I order a steak,egg and cheese bagel.Take a bite and theres no steak it’s bacon. Fast forward to a few days ago my husband and I both got breakfast meals. We get home and are missing both hashbrowns!Today I go before work and get an iced caramel latte and I sat in line for almost 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me! Why couldn’t they pull people up that are waiting on their food!? So I finally get to the window and the latte is supposed to be “iced”and it has zero ice in it.I didn’t take a pic of the latte since I was driving but I did get a pic of my “steak” bagel I was supposed to have from a few weeks ago.

I went through and ordered a double cheeseburger and mcchicken in the app. The app clearly states that if you place your order ahead of time, it should be ready when you arrive. It’s a more recent feature. I was pulled ahead for 15 minutes and even asked what my order was. As I drive away, I open my bag to find out my order was wrong as well. I’m not impressed. I understand people make mistakes but it was issue after issue.

I am a regular customer for Mcd. I visit auburn store at least 3-4 times in a week and I order same stuff (1 egg muffin with no meat and a coffee) .
This week Monday I ordered same thing and they have me with meat which I don’t eat , I called them and they have me free mean on Tuesday.
Today again I ordered same thing and again I got meat with it. They are asking again to come tomorrow to replace the bad one I got today

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude, nobody spoke to us when we walked in, a worker gave us the “up-down” look and just walked away instead of taking our order. After being ignored we used the kiosk, which didn’t even have paper in it to print our receipt. On top of that, the food is just gross. Cold, saltless fries, and sloppy burgers.

They were actually talking outlook about things they done tp people’s food. Figured it was just talk. Here are two recent experiences. One loaded with half a pound of tarter. Can you e eb see the fish? Done on purpose obviously. 2nd was today. Looks like a bite taken and put back thinking nobody would notice.People see this happening. Close store and rehire employees who don’t do this. Does thos look remotely with the rising cost of food to have kids do this to you? Check it out on Twitter. Wanted attention ya got it.

Look, I live literally 2 mins from here. I also don’t go here that often but when I do, my order is usually messed up.
People that work there are nice when speaking to you, but 2 orders in the last couple months wrong!
2nd to last order was 2 cheeseburgers with no pickle and I got 2 hamburgers with only ketchup.
Just this evening I ordered a BigMac with no pickle and got the no pickle but I didn’t get cheese!!!

Found this in my son’s happy meal. I called very kindly. They offered to give me new happy meal. I gladly declined. This is OVER THE TOP DISGUSTING. WHY AREN’T YOUR PEOPLE WEARING GLOVES?!!! People always seem to be under pressure regardless if I’m the only person in the store or not. They always get food wrong. They should really work on spending a little more time w employees. Poor management. After this bandaid incident, I will never return.

Restaurant was clean and service was fast and food was fresh. I love stopping in here with my grandkids. They are excited to know that a taco bell is coming into town because they can all have a choice of what to eat.
