YUM! What a delicious lunch. We were sat quickly and our food arrived fast, fresh and fulfilling. Our waitress Carolina was very attentive and recommended some great dishes. We ended up ordering the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and the Never Ending Pasta option with salads. We were very pleased with our choices and will be dining here again soon! The breadsticks were perfectly baked and the salads had just the right amount of dressing and toppings! Everything came in large portions so we brought some home to eat later for dinner! YUM!

This was my second time at this location and they never disappoint you. Our server was great, she made sure our meal was great and was checking on us frequently to see if we were enjoying our meal. Food is always great and the kids enjoyed their kids menu. The unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks are always a plus at OG. Definitely coming back again.

Madeline E, my server, was awesome. Service and staff at this location, including 2 managers who stopped by the table to check in on my meal, is better than other locations in Charlotte. They were wall to wall busy at 4pm on a Saturday, including a group birthday party of 20 and a party of 12, but service was still on point. The kitchen was a little slower because of the big parties but still faster than other locations in town. I would put this as one of the top 3 Olive Garden visits I’ve had since Covid.

You can never miss with Olive Garden. The Shrimp Fritto Misto was Absolutely delicious! I forgot to take pics of our entrees. Also, the Calabrian steak and shrimp Bucatini was amazing.

My experience was amazing. Our server, Madeline, was awesome, hands down. She was very, very polite while serving us. Checked on me and my wife to make sure we had everything we wanted & need. Very disappointing compared to other Olive Garden locations in the Charlotte area.
We often order a gallon of soup from this location, and it’s always way too salty. They also never include Parmesan packets or the after-dinner mints, which are standard everywhere else. We usually go to the Pineville Olive Garden and never have these issues there — the quality and attention to detail are much better. I really hope this location improves, because we love Olive Garden otherwise.

My son and I had a great experience at this location on 2/22/26! Micah was our server. He was so sweet and amazing! Our drinks were always filled to the rim, order was correct, and he made sure to check in on us but not too much to where we could not enjoy our meal. I felt bad that I did not know that the salad would automatically come with italian dressing. He said “no problem” and smiled as he rushed to get me the salad with ranch instead. I hope that his supervisor is able to see this review and give him the recognition that he deserves.

Came here for a weekend lunch with my family. All the food was good, including the Fried shrimp, soups, salads, breadsticks, various pasta dishes, and chocolate cake. All the staff members I interacted with were very friendly, and the overall experience was very efficient. The building appears to be new and is very well maintained and clean. Overall a good experience.
