Believe it or not, I’ve never been inside of a Dunkin’ and my first time ever was on my way to work on Christmas Eve morning to grab a box of donut holes for my team. No one likes working on Christmas Eve, but they were all so pleasant. Everyone greeted me as I walked in and the girl that helped me directly was so kind. She took her time and knew what she was doing. No one seemed to let the morning rush get to them. Definitely an amazing first impression!

I was asked, before handing my card over to pay, if I wanted to leave a tip. I declined as I feel asking for a tip is ridiculous, and I was a bartender for 2 decades. Upon my decline the employee was visibly annoyed. They proceeded to make the coffees and place them by the window, where they sat for several minutes. A second person finally came over to ask what I was waiting for and handed me the coffees that had been sitting there. And on top of all of this, not a single coffee was made correctly. None of which were complicated (iced with a flavor syrup… thats it). I wont be going back to this location.

I miss my old Dunkin’, but I know times have to change. Donuts just are never feeling fresh any more. Guess the “time to make the donuts” guy doesn’t really work anymore.
My biggest issue here was my chai was probably half filled at best, and I saw someone else come up and complaint their cup wasn’t very full either. Fill our cups!

They call out your order by what you ordered instead of taking names. If two people have similar orders you’ll have to verify by matching your receipt to the bag. PITA… Could easily be fixed.
Kitchen is open which is nice but I saw lots of trash on the floor that nobody picked up. Hopefully that’s because you the tried not to handle that and working food at the same time. But again, simple management fix would make for a better experience. Food and service was what you can expect from any other Dunkin.

I use this location because it’s closest to me. I usually enjoy my coffee. Only complaint is why do I have to always ask for a stir when I ask for sugar or cream on side. How am I supposed to stir it?

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. The coffee tasted awful, the hash browns were completely burnt, and when I mentioned it, the staff had a rude attitude and clearly didn’t care.
It feels like they have zero respect for customers or product quality. If you’re going to work with the public, at least show some professionalism. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back or recommending this location to anyone.

I never understand why I continue to come. I never had had a good experience here. It never fails. It has been years since I stopped by. I decided to try new fall menu before appointment.Coffee has cream in photo- no biggie. I asked her for some “extra”. She gave me one- then forgot my fork and napkins. There was no one in line so I came back around. Girl was jumping out of window like I committed a crime I am very extroverted so I was extremely embarrassed and felt horrible. I said you forgot my fork and I need napkins. She said you can not just come up in here like that. Don’t come by window unannounced. No apologies nothing just horribly rude. I promise you lost an everyday coffee drinking customer once again permanently. Starbucks taste way better also the new place clutch coffee. Very upbeat and accommodating to everyone. There is a reason they do not have lines wrapped around their building daily! There is also a hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting.

Been to this location twice in the past week and both times they are out of donuts. Do they have donuts at Dunkin DONUTS? I have been to this location several times since they open when I am in the area and it always disappoints. I am not just talking donuts. I hope the one that is opening in Boiling Springs close to where I live has a different owner, better management, better employees, better food quality and actually have DONUTS.

every single time i come to this dunkin there are workers that are acting a fool! me and my boyfriend went by today and ordered 2 hashbrowns, 2 wake up wraps a dunkin wrap and a coffee for 2 people. as we were about to pull off we get asked “is this for a family?” both of us were confused and said no. when we got to the window my boyfriend asked if there was a family deal because that’s all that could make sense, the girl on the speaker came and told us that “it’s just too much work to make it all” and that she didn’t feel like it, mind you there were NO other customers in the store or in line. that caused them to lose a customer for good!
