Sometimes when I order a large coffee from this location the coffee is not filled to the top, but instead about 1 1/2 inches is missing. I’m paying almost $6 for a coffee, so I think it needs to be filled up! I told the lady at the window I wanted my coffee to be filled and she said that the machine is pre-measured. Instead of giving me more coffee, she got me more milk! Give me a break. I will no longer spend my hard earned money for a place that skimps you on coffee and food. The avocado toast is not worth it either with the thinnest layer of avocado possible. Please. Take pride in your business and your work. How you do it is who you are. Plus the coworkers talk too much amongst each other instead of focusing on their customers. Be professional. I won’t be back.

Love this new location. Loved the Iced Mocha Swirl Coffee and non dairy Peach Coconut Refresher…yum! Ordered mediums but ended up getting Larges and that’s ok. Prices were good for these sized drinks.

This might be weird but when we pulled up to the window to receive our order a gust of wind blew in the car from inside and all that came to mind was this is the cleanest smelling Dunkin I’ve ever been to!!! I also complimented them as well very friendly staff

Every time i go here either sherry or capri handle my order and every time its wrong. One of them is always on their phone and the other just don’t treat their employees right. They always ignore people and never greet them when they walk in and if you step up to order they give you a dirty look. Rude as hell. Plus i have to wait. Not ok

This is by far the best Dunkin in the entire tri cities area, I’ve visited here for years every day and they really know how to spoil their regulars (and their dogs!) The turn over rate is so low, the management is so friendly, I’ve seen the same friendly faces for years now and built friendships with all of them. They make my day when I go through and I brag on them all the time! Gray wouldn’t be the same without you all.

On this visit, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I went inside to order. There was no loo one inside, but the staff were busy making the orders for the drive thru. As soon as someone was free, they took my order. This was only a minute or two. As I expected, my order was filled along with the orders from the drive thru, so my wait was only a few minutes to get my order. Both my drink and my sandwich were made as ordered. The food at this store is pretty consistent in quality and preparation. I’ve only had a couple times where my order has an issue, but they were quick to offer a replacement. The customer service keeps me coming back.
