Bad attitude from staff, after telling the lil girl multiple times I’m allergic to the proteins they offer she STILL added it to my smoothie. Asked to pull forward so they can lie about the time it takes them to fulfill orders. She lied and said she told me they were adding vegan protein, why would I allow that if I’m allergic to it? And to top it off, a spider was in my smoothie. Overcharged, clearly the place is dirty if bugs are in the fruit or cups and lids they use or it was intentionally done. I’d never recommend anyone go here. Apparently the lil girl is an assistant manager and everyone says she always has a horrible attitude. Yikes. Please go to any other location. This is a mess.

Today was the third time I had to throw out a smoothie from this location; again, it was literally inedible. I got my coworkers to try it thinking I was crazy, but they too thought the same thing. Also, every time you go through the drive through, the workers are on the phone while taking orders or look inconvenienced you’re there. Zero consistently, sad because I enjoyed stopping at SK before work….it will just have to be a different location from now on.

Decided to stop by Smoothie King on my way to work to pickup a quick snack. Walked iside looking at the menu and couldnt make up my mind what I wanted. Cool and calmly a young lady by the name of Kiley waited on me. Still undecided Kiley walked me through some of her favorite drinks and i decided on one. Needless to say, if she hadnt been there id still be standing at the counter. Smoothie was amazing and as long as she is there it will be my go to on the way to work.
