Always fresh food, great customer service. My only warning and I had to update my review is that there is 1 subway worker there that doesnt make the sandwiches good and she can be very rude. I had a few mobile orders I went to pickup and evey single time after her coworkers give me my food she runs to the register or up to me asking me if I paid for it. She even accused my daughter of stealing when i had sent her in for a mobile order. Ive been coming here since they had opened and never had this issue only until recently and with her only.

I don’t normally do reviews but this was horrible. They ran out of BREAD at 2pm. Not because they were busy but because the employee was sitting down. When we approached the window, that’s when he started to make bread. Very unprofessional and unprepared. Many people turned away during their lunch break.

Horrible customer service. I went once and wrote the experience off as maybe they were short staffed or someone had a bad day. This is the second time I’ve been and STILL had a horrible experience. Sad because we already don’t have many food options in that area. Customer service sucks and if no one complains, it will continue.

They are suppose to close at 9, but when I get there at 750, was told that they had left already. They also left the food open and out. Won’t get food at that Subway on Crain Hwy and Village Drive.
