Great atmosphere and awesome outside seating. Love the view of the lake. I had the fish and chips and they were amazing. Crispy flaky fried goodness with the fish, but then the fries were also super! The fries weren’t soggy but crispy and really tasty. The tartar sauce and vinegar was also really delightful as a dipping sauce. Overall really good place, and food came out fast!

I got married here back on 09/14/24 and it was the best day ever. My husband and I were really looking for a venue that didn’t feel like every other banquet hall or hotel. Third and Company was hands down our favorite from the moment we toured it. We loved the fact that you get the entire venue to yourself and there aren’t other events happening at the same time. The food was spectacular. Everyone said it tasted amazing. The staff were super attentive and easy to work with in the months leading up to the event. I appreciated how much they helped with set up and tear down. If you’re having a smaller wedding (under 100), definitely check out Third and Co. The spaces are beautiful and unique and your guests will definitely have a wonderful time. We opted to have the fireworks and it was a 10/10. Definitely worth it for the wow factor and to have a special way to end the night.

Ordered 2 medium rare filets to go. Menu says they come with potatoes, green beans and a salad. No communication if they were out of ingredients or changed the menu but for $92 – wow, disappointing. Steaks were drier than I ever thought was possible, the fries were the frozen ones you see at the frozen aisle of a grocery store.

Joe, Nicole and the whole team are some of the most helpful, attentive and caring staff I’ve seen at any venue. They have a way of making everyone feel genuinely welcome and appreciated which is rare these days. As a Wedding DJ, I’ve had the opportunity to work some really awesome celebrations alongside this team and as a foodie, their menu and specialty nights are a must when I’m in the area (Shout out to Bearded Boys BBQ!)

Whether you’re looking for an awesome, intimate, lakeside venue to say “I Do” or stopping in for a quick delicious meal, you’re in good hands at Third & Company!

This is a very nice restaurant. Atmosphere is good. We have been here a handful of times. Keep giving it another chance but the food is just not good. Bottom line is going out to eat I expect good food. Thick chicken. Over cooked on outside. No flavor. Over cooked pasta. Cold food. Not okay.

We had our intimate wedding at Third and company and it was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. The food was outrageously delicious. During the cocktail hour, the food practically flew off the table. I wish I could say I had more of it, but it was so good that our guests ate every single bite! My personal dinner favorites were the Jack Daniels meatballs, and the crispy fried chicken. And everyone ranted and raved about the corn who would’ve thought! The salmon and the penne were cooked to perfection. The mac & cheese and mashed potatoes heavenly. and somehow the dessert was even better! The donuts delicious, the brownies, soft and fudgey! Apple crispy was perfect in December for that warm dessert! Ice cream sundae station was a hit with the kids! And the soft pretzels were to die for! We also chose Third and Company to make our wedding cake, and to any future brides or grooms reading this: do not waste your money going anywhere else. Our cake was absolutely DELICIOUS and designed exactly how we imagined it.

The staff was AMAZING from start to finish. They were organized, perfectly on schedule, and made sure to keep us in the loop about anything important throughout the night. They also did our room set up and it blew my expectations out of the water. my mother are I very particular with things and it was even better than we could’ve imagined!

If you’re looking for a wedding venue, we would recommend Third and company 1000/10. They made our day unforgettable.

We had our wedding at Third and Company on November 2nd. Hands down the best experience from start to finish. We are not local to the area but this was not an issue ever for them. Any question I had Nicole was quick to respond. They also coordinated with the grooms mother and matron of honor on some surprises. The food was amazing at our tasting and was even better day of. Everyone left full and happy. The setting is perfect for wedding photos. Can’t wait to stop in for dinner during our next visit home. Photo is from rehearsal dinner.

We have been to this establishment about 4 or 5 times over the last year and while the hours they are open are not that great the food was good and atmosphere is really pretty. The menu is little limited but always pretty good. Our last trip may have been our final trip. The service that was never stellar in our previous trips was really bad. The wait staff was completely inattentive for a place with 2 or 3 waittress and maybe 4 tables of diners. To give an example I ordered a pint of there house lager which I have had before and enjoyed. The waitress brought me a half filled pint glass saying the keg had kicked and she was only going to charge me for a half of a beer. I looked at my wife and asked was she kidding??? Did I hear her right ???
Sure enough when the bill came there was a charge for $ 3 half of the normal $6 pint. Maybe it’s me (anyone please respond) that is a big no no in my book either bring it out at no charge as an appology for running out or tell me you are out of it. Not to go on forever this was just like nothing I had ever seen before I even took a picture of the bill to show friends. Just to add my burger was underdone and the fries were so salty that we could not eat them and neither of us mind salty fries. My daughter’s waffle was ice cold would not even slightly melt the butter.

This place feels like what would happen if you turned AI loose on Joanna Gaines’ Pinterest page and said make me a restaurant. Everything about the decor and property is meticulous and well maintained. I actually thought they just opened because the property was so clean. The staff was extremely awesome. Quick to serve, quick with drinks, quick to check back, and very friendly.
Now, the less good news. The food. I had the French onion soup. This was very obviously a pot of beef stock that they dumped onions in. That’s it. They did not caramelize the onions and build that deep flavor. This was beef stock, with rough sliced onions dumped in and simmered for a bit. No salt, pepper, nothing. Then to finish it off they put two pieces of baguette in there with a slice of cheese on top and I think either microwaved it or put a lid/cover on it to soften the cheese as there was zero browning. This was not put under a broiler. Wasn’t terrible once I added salt and pepper but it’s hard to hate beef broth, bread, and cheese.
The shrimp po boy was a disaster. But you could tell parts of it were made with care. Like the tomatoes were seasoned, dressed, and blanched in some manner. However the roll was a raw, thick, chewy ciabatta roll that was so hard to bite through that as you did it crumbled and squeezed the breading off the shrimp and pushed out the tomatoes. Also there was nowhere near enough shrimp on this thing. I would say it had half of what would be needed to have a bite of shrimp in every bite. You can see in my pictures the pile of crumpled raw bread that was leftover.
Someone really has put a lot of care into this restaurant and it shows. They just need someone to help dial in their menu. I can’t even say that maybe the main cook had the night off as both simple dishes I ordered felt like no one making them had ever attempted to eat them or seen how they are supposed to be made. Beautiful place though, even the parking lot was magical, but they need to hire a consultant or bring in a chef and make some changes to the menu. I would come back for sure if there was some announcement like “new menu” or “now with a chef on staff” but until then this restaurant is a beautifully cared for place to take a picture of and maybe have a beer or wine before going to dinner somewhere else.

We really liked Third and Company Lakeside Restaurant! Our waitress tonight was lovely and joked around with us making it an enjoyable experience. We came for our anniversary and they treated us so well. We got the chicken potstickers for an app, the darkest beer available, a beyond burger with truffle fries instead of regular fries, and the filet mignon that came with mashed potatoes and crispy onions. Everything tasted great! The burger and fries were on point, delicious and the price sealed the deal. The filet mignon was also fantastic, but the price reflected that. All in all I’d definitely recommend it! Unfortunately the deck was closed because of the weather, but we’ll be back in the summer to enjoy the lakeside patio for sure.
