I had made the mistake of going back to this establishment to purchase a takeout order. I had dinner guests over to my house and I ordered three dinner plates.. as well as other side orders… I ASKED FOR EXTRA DUCK SAUCE AND EXTRA MUSTARD…… I RECEIVED TWO LITTLE MUSTARDS THAT ARE THE SIZE OF MY THUMB!!!???.. so I called back politely and asked to speak to the owner or the manager let them know what I had ORDERED.. and what I had ASKED FOR…… and the woman actually starts arguing with me saying I should count out the number of sauces that I want??!!! absolutely absurd!!!Listen to customers orders!! and respect your customers!!! The same “woman” who always answers the phone is wildly RUDE… ALWAYS!.. just read ALL the other people’s reviews about this “woman”! Truly the wicked witch of the front counter. BEWARE and order food elsewhere.

The food was good but not impressed with the service. I ordered 2 orders of lo main and 1 SM crab ragons, (pretty sure they charged me for a LG) went back out to my car and only 1 lo main. This place has been a Chinese food staple in Everett for my entire life. Take out and delivery only. They introduced me to the dinner combo plate concept! As a local you know the quirks about the place….if a woman answers the phone, speak loudly and pronounce clearly. Her mood has nothing to do with me or you….idc just get the order right pls n ty. You want fresh rice? Don’t order the pork. They say 25 minutes but don’t be surprised when they show up after only 15! Drivers are always friendly and courteous. The FOOD is always piping hot fresh and delicious. I never order from anywhere else.

Ordered chow mein and got this this nasty mush 1/10. Got sweet and sour chicken and it was chicken with a super thick batter and sauce just drizzled on top 2/10. Chicken wings have always been great from here 9/10. But both the rice and lo mein are super greasy and not great 4/10. The duck sauce came super watered down. Overall do not recommend.

Too greedy to put sauce in a tiny container without charging an extra dollar. The food is okay. We were buying 2 $14.50 “lunch specials”, but changed our mind when they told me it was an extra dollar to simply put sweet and sour sauce in a cheap plastic container instead of putting it on the food, which makes it too soggy and sweet to enjoy. We’ll give our business to somewhere else. Parking is difficult there and the building is not nice at all. They lost out on $30 because of excessive greed.

I purchased this today went to pickup I arrived in home the smell and taste is horrible like really old! This crab Rangoon is old! It is not crunchy at all like really old. How come they can do this to a client? Plus, I called and staffed was rude! I suggest you go somewhere else for your Chinese food! No gonna purchase here anymore I don’t recommend this place.

Hella mid. Wonton soup was flavorless – felt like I was just drinking boiled water. Cmon be better. I spent dang 8 bucks on that. I’m disappointed.
