I’ve ordered Domino’s many times and generally have a good experience, so this was surprising. I did a carryout from this location and was told that they no longer provide crushed red pepper packets and that they have stopped selling crushed red pepper altogether.
For many customers, crushed red pepper is a standard part of the pizza experience, so it was disappointing to find out only at pickup with no prior notice. The pizza itself was fine, but these small details matter and can affect the overall experience. If this location has changed its policy, it would be helpful to clearly communicate that upfront so customers can plan accordingly.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve transparency and consistency for customers in the future.

It’s New Year’s Eve and I ordered 2 pizzas a stuffed cheesy bread and a brownie and none of it is edible and the people who are on staff tonight could care less because they’re angry they had to come in to work and it shows by everything they’re pumping out I’m out $40 and have to get food from another establishment i’d like my money back. My ham and cheese pizza is so undercooked that’s literally falling apart my stuffed cheesy bread isn’t stuffed with cheese and is a rock hard my beef pizza is dry and this brownie is so overcooked it’s burnt black an brick hard.

I just picked up pizza from domino’s in Lehighton pa it was the worst pizza, I’ve had in my life. I called to make a complaint and the person that answer the phone was very rude and hang the phone up on me. I will never buy from them ever again. I had to check 1- star if not it will not let me post horrible pizza

Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS pricing. I was gonna get 4 things, (2 pizzas, cinnamon sticks, garlic sticks, and lava-cakes for delivery). Guess what it came out to. $67 freaking dollars. This pricing needs changing ASAP. My jaw nearly dropped to the inner core of earth, my ears nearly caved in, and my eyes almost rolled out hearing that price. The lady on the phone was tryna bargain w/ me and tried to bring it down to $48, I told her to cancel and she kept saying “it’s the price of a lifetime” and “an amazing deal”, she wasn’t allowing me to hang up and wouldn’t cancel the order. But, I cancelled that order so fast and starved instead!!! Best believe they only got a 1 star from me. I would give a 0 but it isn’t possible so I give it a 1.

Ok. So I was testing Domino’s 2 minute guarantee. I watched the pizza tracker move to “complete” and I swear the Domino’s employee was at my door before I could blink. Not complaining about the time here. But the timer never started or indicated “ready”… I’m just saying, it’s easy to guarantee 2 minutes if the timer doesn’t start until after the pizza is delivered. Lol nice try Domino’s!

We were sitting outside in front of the store while waiting for a food and we were using the Wi-Fi me and my husband more than stared at from the work is inside constantly while they left pointed fingers at us and we knew that they were making fun of us and having a problem with using the Wi-Fi not realizing we were customers and we were then told that if we didn’t Place another order that we needed to either leave or they would call the police on us for simply just standing outside waiting for our food and we explained what we were doing but they felt that they had the right to continue to stare at us and talk amongst themselves about using the Wi-Fi even though we were paying customers we then left without our food and called corporate who were absolutely no help as well these employees had nothing better to do besides talk at us and decide that we were not good enough to be sitting outside their restaurant using the Wi-Fi and then they also shut the Wi-Fi off so that we would not be able to call for our Uber ride specifically the young lady who had the awful-looking pink hair constantly stared at me and I just smiled at her because I was thinking about how hideous her hair looked and why she was more concerned about us than concerned making a hair appointment to cut that disgusting hair off and why the employees were more focused on us rather than making food and making sure they had happy customers we will never order from their restaurant again and I would love for a manager to reach out to me because they are specific employees who need to be retrained on sensitivity and how to handle dealing with customers and people in general. There is no reason for them to have treated us the way they did because they are human and we are human we did nothing wrong and they only lost business for this company and if I was the same age as they were I would have went inside and giving them a piece of my mind but being the mature adult that I am I simply walked away and wished them a blessed night unfortunately they are miserable in their own lives worrying about people using Wi-Fi that they don’t even pay for. Unfortunate that people have nothing better to do than worry about others who are not bothering them and the food that they make is burnt Beyond burnt because they are worried about the wrong thing if I could talk to the manager that would be great so that they can weed out the employees who don’t need to be working with people
