I started eating the pizza with my kids and felt something tingling the back of my throat and saw multiple hairs cooked into my pizza. One which looked like a pubic hair. After vomiting multiple times in the toilet, I went to return the pizza. I was just given a refund. Not even a sincere apology or empathy for what had to either be on purpose or someone dropped the pizza on the floor. I’ve worked years in restaurants, which makes this appear as either on purpose or gross negligence. This could explain why no one was wearing hats or hair nets when making pizza.

Had Papa John’s last night for the first time in 5 years.
Papa John’s is now officially on my list of places that I will NOT ever eat at again.
The dough was undercooked and soggy. The cheese had barely reached melting point before being pulled from the heat.
Overall soggy nasty glop of BS they call a pizza.
Not to mention, I ordered an XL new york style pizza, the only thing that resembled a new york pizza was the amount of grease on top.
It was not thin and foldable like New York at all. It was literally a hand tossed pepperoni with grease.

I asked them to run my wings in the oven twice. I get there and I clearly tell they haven’t been run twice. My ticket didn’t even say it so how did the boy know to run them twice? Then the girl turns around and ask the boy did he run them twice he say yes with a confused look on his face. The same look she gave me when I asked her if they were. My wings are normally way darker. They almost look burnt. Story tell but employees. Won’t be back to this location

Pizza is normally good but after reading reviews about lack of clenliness I won’t order again. My main complaint was my “wings” these aren’t wings, this is a chicken nugget with sauce drizzled where is the sauce??!?! .. disappointed

Ordered three times from DoorDash and Uber eats and the food was consistent all the time, every order. Delicious, hot and fresh. Always made sure to include a pepper and dipping sauce. Very good location. I will keep ordering

Just one minute later, the girl lost my order and told me to wait another ten to fifteen minutes. The girl once again told me that I was waiting for more than ten minutes. I had to wait for 45 minutes to wait for a pizza. Today 12-30-2019, I waited from 18:06 to 18:47. The result is still continue waiting. She gave my order to someone. But now 18:54, I still haven’t got my order. That’s it. Repeatedly asked me to wait another 15 minutes, again and again without giving me the order. My two sons (one five years old and one three years old) waited in the car for nearly an hour and fell asleep hungry … until now, we haven’t got my pizza for nearly an hour, and eventually Wait 15 more minutes

We order cheese-free pizza due to an allergy and have never had a problem here! They use a clean cutter and clean the surface are beforehand. The pizza is still yummy with plenty of toppings. Our favorite place for regular and cheese-free pizza!
