Phenomenal customer service and some of the best coffees we’ve had. Asked the gentleman helping us his favorite hot drink and iced drink and trusted those picks. Hot latte was the Maple Donut 10/10 and the iced one was a caramel upside down (can’t remember exact name, but he compared it to a macchiato) it was 10/10 as well. We came in with a stroller and plenty of space, was very remote worker friendly as most people had their laptops.

One of my local go to coffee shops. The owners did an amazing job remodeling this building.
Every time I visit the staff is super friendly, polite and professional.

I have enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee here a couple of times and it’s always consistently good. It’s nice to have a roomy laid back place to meet friends and visit. Definite small town atmosphere which I love. By the way their chai tea latte is awesome.

5 Star Coffee shop for sure. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. This is a gem of a coffee shop in the heart of downtown. Beautiful and light atmosphere. Warm and inviting. Great customer service, good coffee and muffin. I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte and white chocolate and raspberry muffin. Whoever making their pastries know what they doing. The espresso notes are in the middle and wasn’t bad but the crema in my latte made up for it. My husband got a hibiscus ice tea. We would come back if we are ever in the area.

The coffee is great, and the people are better.
Our rental box truck broke down, and we puttered into the Prairie Coffee parking lot. Were there for probably 2-3 hours, and they were extremely friendly, provided great coffee and a great food recommendation.
Overall this a great place, with great people. True southern hospitality at it’s kindest.
Oh and checked in on us several times to see what was going on, if we needed anything and sent us off with best wishes and safe travels.

My wife and I stopped for coffee having never been there before. The store was clean and welcoming. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and the coffee was amazing! We will be back the next time we visit our son in Frisco.

I will add yet another well deserved 5 star review. My husband and I frequent weekly for our date nights. The staff is always so personable and happy to see anyone that walks in the door- they treat everyone as more than just a customer. Their coffee and baked goods are amazing. I’ve bragged to anyone who will listen about the quality. I am so happy to hear about the expansion into the local hospital. So excited to see their success spread!

This is a great little coffee shop! The aesthetic is warm and inviting. The coffee and quiche was good and the service was friendly! They have free WiFi and an outdoor patio area also. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to work, or have a meet up or to just stop by for quick morning pick me up.
