I ordered an extra toasted bagel and I got a burned bagel. I asked the staff that bagel is burned and to see if they can fix it. The guy at counter tells me that extra toasted bagel is burnt only . He was so rude and would not care for customer service. I frequent this place a lot and order extra toasted bagel all the time, it is never burnt. I find it surprising that person has to be so rude just for a bagel.

They offer a wide variety of bagels with some flavors that you don’t find elsewhere (e.g. Black Russian). Ditto for spreads (egg salad, cream cheese, whitefish salad).
The bagels are good, but not great. They are tasty, but the exterior is too soft with no defined hole in the middle (I grew up with classic New York bagels that are crunchy on the outside and a hole in the middle).
The interior of the restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Bottom line: we will be back.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the brunch catering we received! Everything—from the presentation to the flavors—was absolutely outstanding. The food was fresh, beautifully arranged, and full of delicious variety. Our guests are still talking about the flaky pastries, perfectly cooked eggs, and the incredible selection of amazing bagels!
The team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly professional. They handled every detail with care and made the entire experience stress-free. Morgan was truly great to work with!

The bagels are good, but we were told that if we buy 12, we would get a bonus 13th and we did not receive the 13th. I wish we had counted before leaving.
Also we ordered three different containers of cream cheese and when we got home and opened them up, they were all missing cream cheese in the center. If I pay for a container of something, I expect it to be full.

We had an event recently and this place came highly recommended from other local companies. They did not disappoint. Bagels arrived fresh and warm and the platters were very impressive! The team from Kettlemans helped with the setup and the catering manager called after to make sure everything went well. I would absolutely recommend them for catering your next breakfast, brunch, or lunch event.

Service was great. Food was fresh and made fast. It was my first time there and I will be back. The bagels were bigger than other places bagels. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with veggie cream cheese- so good! Also got a steak egg cheese on an egg bagel- delicious! The Mac salad was pretty good too.

I ask for a bagel toasted with butter. I open it at work, and it is bone dry, barely has a pat of butter on it. I go in another time and ask “please, can you make sure they butter it correctly”….I open it at work and there is more butter in the wrapping than on the bagel. I give them one more try, I explain the situation to the cashier. When I looked at what they were charging me, they wanted to charge me $1.00 for “extra spread.” I’m not asking for “extra spread”, I’m asking you to properly butter a bagel. Ironically, if I had asked for cream cheese, I would have gotten half a package of cream cheese on the bagel …..Make it make sense. I’ve tried three times now and I won’t try again… at this location or their other one on Elizabeth Ave.

Personally, I love this new bagel shop. It’s very modern, very clean, and the setting is different though. The original bagel shop had self served coffee, but this one doesn’t. It’s cool I still gotta say I’m actually impressed with the changes. Even though, it’s my first at this new bagel place. I still have to give a thumbs up on this one. . I’ll be looking forward to come back again. Great shop guys

Rating the consistently great experience on delivery. Everything comes fresh, neatly packed and the flavors are well balanced. I’ve tried wraps, paninis and sandwiches in the last month. Keep up the good work and I’ll visit the location soon to try out other stuff on the menu.
