This is definitely THE place to go for a burger, a perfect chicken sandwich, or even the best shake of your life. The quality and freshness of the food is unmatched. Service could not get any better. If you want personable service, you’ll surely be pleased with this location of Epic Burger. Attention to detail and the food in general is what has kept us coming back over and over and over again. You can’t compare other fast good burgers to the taste and freshness of Epic Burger. We will always be loyal customers!

Finally got around to trying this location this past February, 2nd time in general after the Old Orchard location a few years earlier.
I’ll admit that I do miss the taste of a Meatheads burger and took me a bit to accept that Epic bought them and changed all locations.
This burger is actually pretty good though and definitely a different taste but equally good to the previous burger joint.
Was actually contemplating even trying this location based on the sub 4⭐️ rating the first 2-3 months or so but noticed it got better thru time.
Pricing seems fair despite the unnecessary food inflation and minimum wage hike, on par with other competitors. The Chicago-based burger is obvious competition to the likes of Five Guys, Smashburger, Burgerfi, Shake Shack, etc and certainly hope it will stick around.
This location obviously fresh and newly renovated has a clean dining room and very friendly service. Only 1 of 2 locations in Lake County, hope to see more locations sprouting.
I’m a foodie and go all over the place but this burger is tasty enough to come back to so more than likely will return at some point. I hope for continued boomin’ business for years to come for the owner(s).

Our favorite burger place. Outstanding food and great management! I rarely eat beef at restaurants because I can’t digest greasy food or soy fillers. The burgers here are made fresh to order.. and don’t leave me feeling queasy like other fast food places. My in-laws usually get the grilled chicken sandwiches and always like them..

the employees are very kind and helpful with any details about the food ! the burger meat and chicken is halal, but there is bacon on the menu which is pork . regardless this is a great place to come and eat after a day of shopping ⭐️

Looking for a quality decadent tasting burger? Look no more! Epic burger is seriously the best fast food restaurant. The burgers are delicious and a nice size. Chicken sandwiches are like no other. Even the chicken tenders, shakes, and sides are scrumptious. All of the food is beyond fresh. There is no better place around. Service is immaculate.

Very good fresh burgers here. It is counter service but they bring it to you. Tried the cowboy burger lettuce wrapped and the sweet potato fries as well. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Even their ranch is excellent. Definitely recommend!
