I come here pretty often for my lunch and have never had an issue until today. I paid the extra $1.50 to add avocado and this is what they gave me. If we have to pay extra for an add on, it should be fresh or else it’s just a waste of money.

I may be a little biased because I work at the mall but bias aside, I love this location, of Tokyo joes due to the staff that work there, always friendly and attentive to their patrons. They are also very quick during a mid-Saturday rush, and if they won’t be? They will let you know. Never a bad experience.

I had a great experience here. Fast assistance. Easy menu and healthy options. Love their tea selection. It was a little pricey, but I’ll still return to eat here when visiting the mall. Made my own bowl, and was a lot of food, I had to take some home.

I wanted to try something only denver had and this was right up my alley! Omg it was my 1st time ever hearing of this place. Nice dining atmosphere for a mall too. I love Asian food so I was naturally drawn to it and omg it is good! I got the build your own bowl and it was delicious! Mmmm you pick the protein you want, fresh healthy veggies, and toppings, and I loved the sauce selections too!! Just good!!! The Ramen was excellent too!!! I sooo wish we had one in ohio for sure! So glad I tried it but mad now because I won’t be able to get it again ugh lol I wanna try the other stuff on the menu now. There mango lemonade was very good too. I definitely recommend.

This Tokyo Joes location is 10 out of 10… the service is always amazing, food is fresh and on point, and the atmosphere is clean and upbeat. I have lunch here several times per week and I don’t know how they are able to be so amazing so consistently! Also their prices have not gone up like the rest of the food choices in the mall. This also means a lot and is why I will continue being a loyal customer.

The rice is crunchy and undercooked, the peas are undercooked too. But the fish is overcooked and dry — the sushi tastes bad. Just an atmosphere looks good.
